研究目的：

误吸高风险患者的胃镜麻醉管理是一个极具挑战性的任务。本研究旨在探讨羟考酮联合低剂量丙泊酚清醒镇痛在此类特殊人群麻醉管理中的有效性和安全性，以期为优化内镜麻醉管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The anesthesia management of high-risk patients for aspiration during gastroscopy is an extremely challenging task. This study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of oxycodone combined with low-dose propofol for conscious sedation in the anesthesia management of this special population, in order to provide a basis for optimizing endoscopic anesthesia management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.存在误吸高风险患者，如消化道出血或梗阻、消化道解剖学改变等； 2.使用羟考酮行清醒镇痛的胃镜检查的患者； 3.年龄 18 至 80 岁； 4.美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； 5.体重指数（body mass index, BMI）介于 18-30 kg/m^2之间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients at high risk of aspiration, such as those with gastrointestinal haemorrhage or obstruction, or anatomical alterations of the digestive tract; 2. Patients undergoing gastroscopy with conscious sedation using oxycodone; 3. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III; 5. Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1.病例资料记录不全的患者，缺失关键变量（如患者疼痛评分等）； 2.单纯胃镜检查转变为胃镜下治疗或外科手术干预的患者； 3.在研究过程中，患者的改良观察者警觉/镇静等级量表（Modified Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation Scale，MOAA/S）评分<=3 的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete case records lacking key variables (such as pain scores); 2. Patients whose simple gastroscopy was converted to endoscopic treatment or surgical intervention; 3. Patients with Modified Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation Scale (MOAA/S) scores ≤3 during the study.
