研究目的：

构建“口腔/肠道菌群 - 血浆代谢组 - 血液转录组”的多组学整合网络，筛选介导OSAHS全身性并发症的关键功能代谢物及宿主免疫-炎症通路及生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a multi-omics integration network of "oral/gut microbiota - plasma metabolome - blood transcriptome", and screen key functional metabolites, host immune-inflammatory pathways, and biomarkers that mediate systemic complications of OSAHS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）完成标准多导睡眠监测或家庭睡眠呼吸暂停监测。 （2）受试者本人或其有法律意义的监护人同意参加本临床试验并签署知情同意书，能够理解和遵守试验方案要求。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Complete standard polysomnography or home sleep apnea monitoring. (2) The subject himself or his legally - significant guardian agrees to participate in this clinical trial, signs the informed consent form, and is able to understand and comply with the requirements of the trial protocol.

排除标准：

（1）受试者拒绝签署知情同意书或研究者认为不能参加的其他情况； （2）中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者； （3）不能配合留取粪便、唾液、血液等标本的受试者； （4）合并精神疾病不能配合； （5）患有炎症性肠病、肠道肿瘤等已知影响肠道菌群的疾病； （6）严重牙周炎等影响口腔菌群的疾病； （7）研究者认为可能影响实验方案或不适合参加本临床项目的任何其他疾病和状况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subjects who refuse to sign the informed consent form or other situations where the researcher deems the subject ineligible to participate; (2) Patients with central sleep apnea syndrome; (3) Subjects who are unable to cooperate in providing specimens such as feces, saliva, and blood; (4) Subjects who have mental illnesses and are unable to cooperate; (5) Subjects suffering from diseases known to affect the gut microbiota, such as inflammatory bowel disease and intestinal tumors; (6) Subjects with diseases affecting the oral microbiota, such as severe periodontitis; (7) Any other diseases and conditions that the researcher believes may affect the experimental protocol or make the subject unsuitable for participation in this clinical project.
