研究目的：

（1）明确血清AMH、INHA和INHB以及常规性激素（FSH、LH、PRL、T、E2、P）和尿LH在正常儿童和CPP儿童中的分布水平 （2）建立不同年龄段和性发育阶段血清AMH、INHA和INHB以及常规性激素正常儿童参考区间 （3）建立血清AMH、INHA和INHB用于诊断CPP儿童的医学决定水平 （4）评估血清AMH、INHA和INHB在CPP儿童治疗过程中的变化规律 （5）明确血清AMH、INHA和INHB变化趋势与CPP儿童治疗效果的相关性 （6）探讨血清AMH、INHA和INHB检测用于CPP儿童临床诊疗的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the distribution of serum AMH, INHA, INHB, conventional sex hormones (FSH, LH, PRL, T, E2, P), and urinary LH in normal and CPP children. (2) To establish reference intervals for serum AMH, INHA and INHB as well as conventional sex hormones in normal children at different ages and stages of sexual development. (3) To establish medical decision making levels of serum AMH, INHA, and INHB for the diagnosis of CPP children. (4) To evaluate the changes of serum AMH, INHA and INHB during the treatment of CPP children. (5) To clarify the correlation between the change trend of serum AMH, INHA and INHB and the treatment outcome of CPP children. (6) To explore the application value of serum AMH, INHA and INHB in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CPP children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男童＜12.0岁，女童＜11.0岁，汉族儿童； 2.依据《中枢性性早熟诊断与治疗共识(2022)》，确诊为CPP的初诊患儿； 3.一年内未进行过任何可能影响性激素水平的治疗； 4.全部受试者的法定监护人需签署知情同意书，受试者若年满 8 周岁（含）也需本人签署知情同意书; 对照组： 1.年龄 0-18 岁，汉族儿童 2.未出现性征提前（即女童 7.5 岁前出现乳房发育或 10.0 岁前出现月经初潮，男童9.0 岁前出现睾丸增大），骨龄与实际年龄相差≤1 岁 3.一年内未进行过任何可能影响性激素水平的治疗（包括激素、中成药、手术等） 4.全部受试者的法定监护人需签署知情同意书，受试者若年满 8 周岁（含）也需本人 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Boys <12.0 years old, girls <11.0 years old, Han Chinese children; 2.Newly diagnosed children with CPP according to the "Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Central Precocious Puberty (2022)"; 3.No treatment that may affect the sex hormones levels within one year; 4. The legal guardians of all participants must sign the informed consent form. Participants who are 8 years old or above must also sign the informed consent form themselves. Control group: 1. Age 0-18 years, Han ethnicity children; 2. No signs of precocious puberty (i.e., girls showing breast development before 7.5 years old or menarche before 10 years old, boys showing testicular enlargement before 9 years old), bone age within +/-1 year of actual age; 3. No treatments potentially affecting hormone levels (including hormones, traditional Chinese medicine, surgery, etc.) in the past year; 4. The legal guardians of all subjects must sign the informed consent form, and subjects aged 8 years or older must also sign the informed consent form themselves.

排除标准：

1.肥胖儿童，依据《中国儿童青少年代谢综合征定义和防治建议》；
2.临床确诊为外周性性早熟、不完全性性早熟、性发育迟缓、性分化异常等性发育异常疾病；
3.临床确诊为先天性甲状腺功能低下、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、肾上腺肿瘤、下丘脑-垂体肿瘤等内分泌疾病；
4.同时合并其它急慢性疾病患者；
5.样本信息不详或缺失，溶血、脂血、剩余血清和/或晨尿样本量不足以完成检测的样本；
6.拒绝或未签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Obese children diagnosed according to the Definition and Prevention Recommendations of Metabolic Syndrome in Chinese Children and Adolescents.
2.Children diagnosed with peripheral precocious puberty, incomplete precocious puberty, delayed sexual development, abnormal sexual differentiation and other abnormalities of sexual development.
3.Children diagnosed with endocrine diseases such as congenital hypothyroidism, congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, adrenal tumors, hypothalamic-pituitary tumors, etc.
4.Children with other acute and chronic diseases.
5.Samples with unknown or missing sample information, hemolysis, lipemia, remaining serum and/or morning urine samples with insufficient volume to complete the test.
6.The children and guardian have refused or failed to sign informed consent form.
