拟报道1例多中心网状组织细胞增生症的病例，并回顾性分析多中心网状组织细胞增生症的流行病学（年龄、性别、分布）、临床和组织病理表现、治疗和随访，旨在为临床医生了解和认识多中心网状组织细胞增生症提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A case of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis is reported, and a retrospective analysis of the epidemiology (age, sex, distribution), clinical and histopathological features, treatment, and follow-up of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis is conducted, aiming to provide clinicians with evidence-based medical information to understand and recognize multicentric reticulohistiocytosis.
