研究目的：

在质量控制条件下，考察使用迈之灵治疗下肢深静脉血栓后综合征包括下肢水肿、胀痛、肤色异常、皮肤温度、湿疹溃疡、肢体沉重等疗效及定期进行Villalta评分，为临床治疗PTS提供更有效的治疗选择。  

Objectives of Study：

Under the condition of quality control, the efficacy of mai zhiling in the treatment of lower limb deep vein thrombotic syndrome including swelling pain of lower limb edema, abnormal skin color, skin temperature, eczema ulcer, and limb heaviness was investigated, and Villalta scores were performed on a regular basis to provide more effective treatment options for clinical treatment of PTS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)诊断需行下肢静脉造影或彩色多普勒超声检查确诊DVT患者
2)首次确诊为DVT慢性期并经Villalta评分为PTS轻度和中度的患者
3)经彩色超声多普勒检查或血管造影检查证实有静脉回流障碍
4) 既往无肢体肿胀等表现, 排除复发型DVT
5)患者依从性良好

Inclusion criteria

1. in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous imaging and color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of DVT;
2. was first diagnosed with DVT in patients with chronic phase and the PTS for Villalta score;
3. patients with mild and moderate) by color doppler ultrasound examination or angiography confirmed with venous reflux disorder;
4. always without limbs swelling performance, such as eliminate recurrence patients with DVT;
5. good adherence

排除标准：

1）原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全、以及先天性血管畸形患者
2）患有凝血功能障碍患者
3）孕妇、哺乳期妇女
4）肿瘤患者合并DVT患者
5）对本药物严重反应患者
6）有严重胃病患者
7）受试者1个月内服用过其他静脉活性药物患者
8）不可控制的糖尿病、高血压、心脏病等全身疾病
9）外地无法随诊的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. primary lower extremity deep vein valve insufficiency and patients with congenital vascular malformation;
2. people with blood coagulation dysfunction;
3. pregnant and lactation women's;
4. cancer merger DVT patients;
5. on the patients with severe drug reaction;
6. with severe stomach disease patients;
7. the subjects one month;
8. patients treated with other intravenous active pharmaceutical uncontrolled systemic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease;
9. field can't follow-up of patients.

选取100例患下肢深静脉血栓后综合征（PTS）患者，年龄18~80岁，性别不限。通过villalta评分选取轻中度患者，经彩色超声多普勒检查或血管造影检查证实有静脉回流障碍患者。随机抽取治疗组和对照组各50例患者， 2组间年龄、性别、发病时间及临床症状比较差异无统计学意义（p<0.05）。
