研究目的：

通过描述性质性研究方法，将社会生态理论与用户画像方法相结合，旨在系统、全面地描绘安宁疗护护士正念自我照护能力的核心特征并构建用户画像，为其进行精细化培养，进而提升安宁疗护护士正念自我照护能力提供参考与实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By describing the qualitative research method and combining the social ecology theory with the user profiling method, the aim is to systematically and comprehensively depict the core characteristics of the mindfulness self-care ability of hospice nurses and construct user profiles. This will facilitate their targeted training and provide reference and practical basis for enhancing the mindfulness self-care ability of hospice nurses.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：(1)具有护士执业资格证、注册，并在有效期内；（2）在职在岗的安宁疗护护士；(3)安宁疗护工作时长＞6个月。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Possessing a valid nurse practice license and registration; (2) Currently employed as a hospice care nurse; (3) Having worked in hospice care for more than 6 months.

排除标准：

排除标准：(1)进修及实习护士。

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses in training and those on internship.
