研究目的：

基于fMRI、DTI、fNIRS检测探究TD患儿异常脑网络变化 ①探究TD 患儿脑结构、功能连接（FC、SC）与耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）相关性。 ②探究TD 患儿脑结构、功能连接（FC、SC）与临床基线特征相关性。 ③探究TD 患儿脑结构、功能连接（FC、SC）与血清指标（GDNF水平、炎症因子水平）相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploration of Abnormal Brain Network Changes in Children with TD Based on fMRI, DTI and fNIRS Detection. ①To explore the correlations between brain structure, functional connectivity (FC) and structural connectivity (SC) and the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) in children with TD. ②To explore the correlations between brain structure, functional connectivity (FC) and structural connectivity (SC) and clinical baseline characteristics in children with TD. ③To explore the correlations between brain structure, functional connectivity (FC) and structural connectivity (SC) and serum indicators (GDNF levels, inflammatory factor levels) in children with TD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

TD患儿： 1.符合TD诊断标准； 2.年龄3-18岁； 3.近1月未用药物治疗者；无 MRI 禁忌症（体内无心脏起搏器、眼内/耳内无金属异物等、无严重幽闭恐惧症或癫痫未控制）； 4.自愿参加研究，依从性好；且签署书面知情同意书，同意遵循试验方案要求。 健康儿童： 1.无基础疾病的健康儿童； 2.年龄3-18岁； 3.近1月未用药物治疗者；无 MRI 禁忌症（体内无心脏起搏器、眼内/耳内无金属异物等、无严重幽闭恐惧症或癫痫未控制）； 4.自愿参加研究，依从性好；且签署书面知情同意书，同意遵循试验方案要求。

Inclusion criteria

Children with TD 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for TD; 2. Aged 3–18 years; 3. Having no history of medication treatment in the past month; and free of MRI contraindications (e.g., no cardiac pacemaker implanted in the body, no metallic foreign bodies in the eyes/ears, no severe claustrophobia, and no uncontrolled epilepsy); 4. Volunteering to participate in the study with good compliance; providing written informed consent, and agreeing to comply with the requirements of the study protocol. Healthy Children 1. Being healthy children without any underlying diseases; 2. Aged 3–18 years; 3. Having no history of medication treatment in the past month; and free of MRI contraindications (e.g., no cardiac pacemaker implanted in the body, no metallic foreign bodies in the eyes/ears, no severe claustrophobia, and no uncontrolled epilepsy); 4. Volunteering to participate in the study with good compliance; providing written informed consent, and agreeing to comply with the requirements of the study protocol.

排除标准：

TD患儿： 1.近1月已用药物干预治疗者； 2.近1个月有呼吸道感染病史或已知的链球菌感染相关病史； 3.某些药物（如兴奋剂）或疾病（如亨廷顿舞蹈病或病毒感染后脑炎等）引起的继发性抽动障碍；习惯性痉挛或合并其他疾病且病情不稳定者；合并注意力缺陷多动障碍、抑郁症、焦虑症等精神系统疾病的患儿； 4.有神经系统、心血管系统等其他系统疾病史； 5.未签订知情同意书者。 健康儿童： 1.近1个月有呼吸道感染病史或已知的链球菌感染相关病史； 2.有神经系统、心血管系统等其他系统疾病史； 3.未签订知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with TD 1. Having received pharmacological intervention or treatment in the past month; 2. Having a history of respiratory tract infection or known history of streptococcal infection-related diseases in the past month; 3. Having secondary tic disorders induced by certain drugs (e.g., stimulants) or diseases (e.g., Huntington’s chorea, post-viral encephalitis, etc.); having habitual spasms; having other concurrent diseases with unstable conditions; or having comorbid mental disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety disorder, etc.; 4. Having a history of other systemic diseases involving the nervous system, cardiovascular system, etc.; 5. Having not signed the informed consent form. Healthy Children 1. Having a history of respiratory tract infection or known history of streptococcal infection-related diseases in the past month; 2. Having a history of other systemic diseases involving the nervous system, cardiovascular system, etc.; 3. Having not signed the informed consent form.
