研究目的:

本研究旨在比较传统医生口头宣教、网络短视频教育和基于我们自主研发的人工智能大语言模型(GastroAI)教育三种无痛胃肠镜术前宣教方式,在提高患者认知、减少焦虑和提升检查配合度方面的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to compare the effects of three preoperative education methods for painless gastroscopy: traditional oral education by doctors, online short-video education, and education based on our self-developed artificial intelligence large language model (GastroAI). The goals are to enhance patients' understanding, reduce anxiety, and improve their cooperation during the examination.

纳入标准:

1.接受全麻下行无痛胃镜和(或)肠镜的患者; 2.年龄 18-80 岁; 3.ASA 分级 I-III 级; 4.患者需能够理解研究过程中提供的教育材料,并配合完成相关问卷调查; 5.患者自愿签署知情同意书,愿意按照研究要求参与无痛胃肠镜检查术前教育并完成术前、术中及术后各项评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who undergo painless gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Patients should be able to understand the educational materials provided during the research process and cooperate to complete the related questionnaire surveys; 5. Patients voluntarily sign the informed consent form and are willing to participate in the preoperative education for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy as required by the study and complete all the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative evaluations..

排除标准:

1.接受急诊胃镜和(或)肠镜的患者; 2.有精神疾病史的患者; 3.有认知障碍、语言障碍、听力障碍、视力障碍的患者; 4.已经参与其它临床研究的患者; 5.全身基础情况差,或存在生命危险的患者; 6.ASA 分级 IV 级及以上的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who have undergone emergency gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment, language impairment, hearing impairment, or visual impairment; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical studies; 5. Patients with poor overall health condition or life-threatening conditions; 6. Patients with ASA classification level IV or above.

医生口头宣教由接受统一培训的资深麻醉科医师或消化内科医师在麻醉门诊以一对一形式实施,宣教内容依据预先制定的标准化术前宣教指南进行,包括:无痛胃肠镜检查的目的与流程; 术前饮食及禁食禁饮要求、药物停用等准备事项;检查过程中可能出现的感受与常见不适; 检查相关风险及并发症提示;术后饮食、活动及复查等注意事项。每例宣教时长为10 分钟。

Intervention:

The oral education provided by the doctors is carried out by experienced anesthesiologists or gastroenterologists who have received unified training. It is conducted in a one-on-one format in the anesthesia clinic. The content of the education follows the pre-established standardized preoperative education guidelines, including: the purpose and process of painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy; requirements for preoperative diet, fasting and fluid restriction, as well as medication discontinuation; feelings and common discomforts that may occur during the examination; risk and complication warnings related to the examination; and post-examination dietary, activity and follow-up precautions. Each session of education lasts for 10 minutes.

经剪辑整合后形成一条标准化网络宣教视频,作为网络短视频教育组的唯一干预材料。干预实施时,该组所有患者均于接受无痛胃肠镜检查前,在麻醉门诊或候诊区在医护人员监督下,使用同一终端设备完整观看该视频;如有需要,可在关键片段处适当重复观看,所有宣教时长严格控制在 10 分钟内。

Intervention:

After editing and integration, a standardized network propaganda video is formed as the only intervention material for the network short video education group. During the intervention, all patients in this group watched the video completely with the same terminal equipment in anesthesia clinic or waiting area under the supervision of medical staff before receiving painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. If necessary, you can watch it repeatedly in key clips, and the duration of all the lectures is strictly controlled within 10 minutes.

The patient will interact with GastroAI through the tablet provided by the researcher. Under the supervision of professional doctors, patients can choose different education modules according to their own needs to understand the purpose and process of gastrointestinal endoscopy, preoperative preparation, possible risks and complications, and postoperative precautions. GastroAI makes targeted recommendations according to patients' specific problems and concerns (such as past history of digestive system diseases, combined medication, etc.). Patients can ask questions at any time during the education, and the system will give immediate feedback to ensure a complete interactive education within 10 minutes.
