1. 保障手术安全：它可以帮助外科医生及时发现潜在的神经损伤风险，并采取相应的措施来避免或减轻这些风险。①降低并发症发生率：通过术中监测，可以减少由于手术操作不当引起的神经损伤，从而降低术后并发症的发生率。②提高手术质量：确保手术过程中的安全性，有助于提高整个手术的质量和成功率。 2. 改善预后效果：神经电生理监测不仅可以防止术中损伤，还可以通过监测神经功能的恢复情况来预测患者的术后恢复情况。①指导康复计划：根据监测到的数据，可以制定更加个性化的康复计划，帮助患者更快地恢复神经功能。②长期预后的评估：通过术中和术后的持续监测，可以更好地评估患者长期的预后状况，这对于临床决策具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Ensure surgical safety: It helps surgeons promptly identify potential risks of nerve injury and take corresponding measures to avoid or mitigate these risks. (1) Reduce the incidence of complications: By monitoring during surgery, it minimizes nerve damage caused by improper surgical techniques, thereby lowering the postoperative complication rate. (2) Improve surgical quality: Ensuring safety during the procedure contributes to enhancing the overall quality and success rate of the surgery. 2. Improving Prognosis: Neural electrophysiological monitoring not only prevents intraoperative damage but also predicts postoperative recovery by tracking neural function restoration. (1) Guiding Rehabilitation Plans: Based on monitored data, more personalized rehabilitation plans can be developed to facilitate faster neural recovery. (2) Long-term Prognosis Assessment: Continuous intraoperative and postoperative monitoring enables better evaluation of long-term prognosis, which is crucial for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，拟行脊柱手术（如脊柱侧凸矫形、椎管减压、椎间融合等）。术前神经功能正常（JOA评分≥12分或McCormick分级≤Ⅱ级）。签署知情同意书，依从性良好。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old, planning to undergo spinal surgery (such as scoliosis correction, spinal canal decompression, interbody fusion, etc.). Preoperative neurological function was normal (JOA score >= 12 or McCormick grading <= Grade II). Signed informed consent form with good compliance.

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能障碍、凝血功能障碍或肝肾功能不全。癫痫、颅脑金属植入物或癫痫病史（影响MEP监测）。术中因出血、感染等需紧急终止手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe heart and lung dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, or liver and kidney dysfunction. Epilepsy, cranial metal implants, or history of epilepsy (affecting MEP monitoring). Patients who require emergency termination of surgery due to bleeding, infection, etc. during the operation.

(1) Data collection tool: Intraoperative monitoring data: Use the Medtronic system to record SEP, MEP, and f-EMG waveforms. Clinical data: The electronic medical record system extracts demographic, surgical, and postoperative follow-up information. (2) Data management: Establish an independent database to ensure data integrity. Imaging data (DICOM format) is stored in the PACS system and associated with clinical data. (3) Quality control: Regular calibration of monitoring equipment and standardization of anesthesia protocols (to avoid inhalation anesthesia interfering with MEP).
