研究目的：

分离培养人牙周膜干细胞(periodontal ligament stem cells,PDLSCs)，通过对比Er:YAG激光照射对其成骨分化效果的影响，探究激光用于牙周膜切割术能否促进成骨。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether laser-assisted periodontal ligament dissection can promote osteogenesis, human periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) were isolated, cultured, and compared for the effects of Er:YAG laser irradiation on their osteogenic differentiation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 签署知情同意书。 2. 年龄在13到64岁(含上下限)。 3. 具有需要拔除的牙齿，作为牙周膜干细胞的来源。 4. 没有收藏和保留拟拔除牙的意愿。

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign the informed consent form. 2. Age between 13 and 64 years (inclusive). 3. Possess teeth indicated for extraction, which will serve as the source for periodontal ligament stem cells. 4. No intention to collect and retain the teeth scheduled for extraction.

排除标准：

1. 拟拔除牙具有严重的牙周炎症感染。 2. 同时参加了其他研究。 3. 依从性不佳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The tooth scheduled for extraction exhibits severe periodontal inflammatory infection. 2. Concurrent participation in other research studies. 3. Poor compliance.

The original data of this study will be shared within two years after the conclusion and publication of the research. The research team will complete strict data desensitization and quality verification before data sharing.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本试验的原始资料包括已签署的知情同意书、有关实验室检验报告、病例记录及其它相关记录等，保存于研究机构。 数据管理方法概述申办者在研究项目团队中设立研究者、监查员、数据管理员等不同岗位, 并对参与者进行培训。研究者在采集数据时以纸质研究对象信息收集表的形式采集，保证数据的准确、完整与及时性。监察员根据源文档核查信息收集表中的数据，一旦发现其中有错误或差异，应通知研究者，并根据所发现的错误或差异，记录相应的质疑，以确保所有数据的记录和报告正确和完整。数据管理员应按照研究方案的要求，建立数据库、对数据标准进行管理、并建立和测试逻辑检验程序。在纸质研究对象信息收集表接收后,录入人员对信息收集表作录入前的检查；在信息收集表数据被录入数据库后，利用逻辑检验程序检查数据的有效性、一致性、缺失和正常值范围等。数据管理员对发现的问题应及时清理，可通过向研究者发放数据质疑而得到解决。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The original records of this trial include signed informed consent forms, relevant laboratory test reports, case records, and other related documentation, which are stored at the research institution. The sponsor establishes different roles within the research project team, such as investigators, monitors, and data managers, and provides training to the personnel involved. During data collection, investigators use paper-based subject information collection forms to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data. Monitors verify the data in the information collection forms against source documents. If any errors or discrepancies are identified, the investigator is notified, and corresponding queries are recorded based on the findings to ensure all data are correctly and completely documented. Data managers are responsible for establishing the database, managing data standards, and developing and testing logical validation programs in accordance with the study protocol. After the paper-based subject information collection forms are received, data entry personnel perform pre-entry checks. Once the data from these forms are entered into the database, logical validation programs are used to check for data validity, consistency, missing values, and normal value ranges. Data managers promptly address identified issues, which are resolved through queries sent to the investigators.
