研究目的：

主要目的：建立并验证基于多层级信息加工的EEG神经指标，对异常意识状态下（意识障碍与全身麻醉）意识水平与内容相关表征进行客观评估。 次要目的： 1.比较自然语言与人工语法序列范式对层级加工的诱发效能； 2.探索人际交互（超扫描）情境下的脑-脑耦联指标； 3.构建面向床旁应用的评估与（对DoC人群）预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To establish and validate EEG neural indicators based on multi-level information processing for the objective assessment of the level and content-related representations of consciousness in abnormal states (disorders of consciousness and general anesthesia). Secondary Objectives: 1. To compare the elicitation effectiveness of hierarchical processing between natural language and artificial grammar sequence paradigms; 2. To explore brain-to-brain coupling indicators in interpersonal interaction (hyperscanning) scenarios; 3. To develop bedside-oriented assessment and prognostic prediction models for individuals with disorders of consciousness (DoC).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18–70岁； 2.DoC组：符合VS/UWS、MCS或EMCS诊断标准；生命体征平稳；法定代理人同意； 3.全麻组：符合全身麻醉手术指征且无麻醉禁忌；受试者本人口头与书面同意； 4.能完成或可在床旁完成EEG记录与相应范式； 5.同意研究数据用于科学研究与学术发表，个人可识别信息脱敏保存。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18–70 years;
2. DoC group: meets VS/UWS, MCS or EMCS diagnostic standards; vital signs are stable; legal agent consent;
3. Total anesthesia group: in accordance with the specifications for total anesthesia surgery and without anesthesia taboos; subject‘s own verbal and written consent;
4. Patients can complete or can complete bedside EEG recording and corresponding norms ;
5. Consent study data is used for scientific research and academic publication, and personal identifiable information is kept unsensitized.

排除标准：

1.头皮严重皮肤病或外伤影响电极放置； 2.对强声音极度敏感或存在不能耐受听觉刺激的情况（以临床评估为准）； 3.明显颅内压增高、急性脑损伤未稳定期； 4.合并严重心律失常等不宜参与研究的情况； 5.妊娠或哺乳期（如不适用可由研究医生判定）； 6.研究认为不适宜参加的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe scalp skin disease or trauma affecting electrode placement; 2. Extreme sensitivity to loud sounds or conditions that make auditory stimuli intolerable (based on clinical assessment); 3. Significantly increased intracranial pressure or unstable acute brain injury; 4. Severe arrhythmias or other conditions that make participation in the study inappropriate; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding (if not applicable, determined by the study doctor); 6. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the study.
