研究目的：

本研究采用前瞻性纵向研究设计,在肝癌患者接受靶免治疗前(T1阶段),接受第一次靶免治疗后(T2阶段)、第二次靶免治疗后(T3阶段)、第三次靶免治疗后(T4阶段)、第四次靶免治疗后(T5阶段)进行系统的症状评估，收集患者在各个阶段的症状信息，提取肝癌患者在接受靶免治疗后五个阶段的症状群;基于网络分析将各阶段症状之间的内部特征以网络形式呈现，每个症状间的正负关联通过不同颜色的连线进行区分，每个症状的外缘粗细反映症状间关系的强度,症状与症状之间的连线粗细表明两者之间的相关性强弱,直观地展示症状之间的复杂关系。 通过网络分析法计算出症状网络中的中心性指标，找到患者五个阶段的核心症状，探索症状群、核心症状及生活质量间的潜在因果关系及其变化轨迹。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a prospective longitudinal study design to systematically evaluate the symptoms of liver cancer patients before receiving target-free therapy (T1 stage), after receiving the first target-free therapy (T2 stage), after the second target-free therapy (T3 stage), after the third target-free therapy (T4 stage), and after the fourth target-free therapy (T5 stage). Based on network analysis, the internal characteristics between symptoms in each stage are presented in the form of a network, and the positive and negative associations between each symptom are distinguished by different colored lines, and the thickness of the outer edge of each symptom reflects the strength of the relationship between symptoms, and the thickness of the connection between symptoms indicates the strength of the correlation between the two, visually showing the complex relationship between symptoms. The central indexes in the symptom network were calculated by network analysis, and the core symptoms of the five stages of patients were found, and the potential causal relationship between symptom groups, core symptoms and quality of life and change.

纳入标准：

① 临床诊断为肝细胞癌（依据2024版原发性肝癌诊疗规范），接受靶免治疗； ② 年龄≥18岁，且≤80岁； ③ 预计生存期≥6个月； ④ 无认知障碍且能正常交流； ⑤ 知情并同意进入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinically diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (according to the 2024 edition of the Diagnosis and Treatment Specifications for Primary Liver Cancer) and received targeted therapy; 2.Age>= 18 years old and <= 80 years old; 3.Expected survival >= 6 months; 4.No cognitive impairment and normal communication; 5. Informed and agreed to enter this study.

排除标准：

① 同时患有其他恶性肿瘤或合并其他严重威胁生命的疾病； ② 病情不稳定或急剧恶化者； ③ 不耐受靶免治疗者； ④ 中途退出研究或撤回知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other malignant tumors or other serious life-threatening diseases; 2.Those whose condition is unstable or rapidly deteriorating; 3.Those who are intolerant to targeted therapy; 4.Those who withdraw from the study or withdraw their informed consent.
