研究目的：

本研究拟建立前瞻性观察性队列，动态记录全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者从术前到术后随访期间的多维信息，探讨影响术后疼痛缓解、功能恢复以及整体满意度的关键因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to establish a prospective observational cohort and to dynamically collect multidimensional data from the preoperative period through postoperative follow-up in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA), in order to investigate key factors influencing postoperative pain relief, functional recovery, and overall satisfaction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受初次TKA；2.能够进行至少12个月随访；3.病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Underwent primary TKA; 2. Able to complete follow-up for at least 12 months; 3. Complete medical records available.

排除标准：

1.关节置换翻修术；2.严重创伤导致的复杂伤；3.感染性或肿瘤性关节疾病；4.随访数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Revision joint arthroplasty; 2. Complex injuries resulting from severe trauma; 3. Infectious or neoplastic joint diseases; 4. Missing follow-up data.
