研究目的：

本研究旨在通过大样本数据统计来探究ACP-1在骨质疏松症（和/或低骨量）的诊断与鉴别诊断中的作用，同时探索ACP-1在健康人群中的正常范围，ACP-1血清浓度可能的干扰因素。具体内容包括ACP-1对骨质疏松症（和/或低骨量）的诊断效能，ACP-1与骨密度的关联，ACP-1在不同年龄段的正常浓度范围，ACP-1在不同类型骨质疏松症和不同合并症状态下的水平差异等。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the role of ACP-1 in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of osteoporosis (and/or low bone mass) through large-scale statistical analysis of data. It also explores the normal range of ACP-1 in healthy individuals and potential factors that may interfere with serum ACP-1 concentrations. Specific aspects include the diagnostic efficacy of ACP-1 for osteoporosis (and/or low bone mass), the association between ACP-1 and bone mineral density, the normal concentration range of ACP-1 across different age groups, and variations in ACP-1 levels across different types of osteoporosis and in the presence of different comorbidities.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁至80岁之间； 2.抽血并进行了“骨代谢三项”检测的人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. Individuals aged 18 to 80; 2. Those who have undergone blood sampling and the "Bone metabolism markers" test.

排除标准：

1.罹患发热（腋温大于37.2℃）、血细胞计数异常、急性肝肾功能损害、慢性疾病急性加重期、肿瘤等系统性疾病； 2.剩余血样过少（＜ 300μL）无法用于后续ACP-1检测； 3.无法收集到以下任何资料之一的，包括病史、体格检查、血清学资料、双能X线吸收测定法（DXA）检测的骨密度。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of fever (axillary temperature >37.2°C), abnormal blood cell counts, acute liver or kidney dysfunction, acute exacerbation of chronic disease, or systemic diseases such as tumors; 2. Insufficient residual blood sample (<300μL) to perform subsequent ACP-1 testing; 3. Failure to obtain any of the following data: medical history, physical examination findings, serological data, or bone mineral density measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：湘雅二医院电子病例系统收集病人病例资料和检测结果，由专人录入电子excel表后再由第二人检查数据有无错误。 数据管理：当所有数据经专人录入再由第二人检查无误后，将收集病例按入组顺序编号，病例资料按编号顺序保存于BIMS生物样本库管理系统，并设置多个备份保存于至少两个单独的存储盘上，防止损坏和丢失。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: Patient case records and test results are gathered through the Xiangya Second Hospital Electronic Medical Record System. A designated staff member enters the data into electronic Excel spreadsheets, which are then reviewed by a second person to verify accuracy. Data Management: After all data is entered by a designated staff member and verified by a second reviewer, collected cases are numbered in enrollment order. Case materials are stored in the BIMS Biobank Information Management System according to their assigned numbers. Multiple backups are maintained on at least two separate storage drives to prevent damage or loss.
