Objectives of Study：

Explore the role of core strength training based on digital platforms in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients and promote the adoption of digital platforms

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为轻度特发性脊柱侧凸的患者； 2.年龄10~19岁，能够理解和完成运动任务； 3.知情同意并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with mild idiopathic scoliosis; 2.Aged 10 to 19 years old, able to understand and complete the exercise tasks; 3.Provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1.既往有脊柱侧凸治疗史者，包括手术、矫形支具、鞋垫等； 2.患有无法进行本研究治疗方法的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a history of spinal curvature treatment, including surgery, orthopedic braces, insoles, etc.; 2.Have diseases that cannot be treated by the methods of this study.
