研究目的:

本研究的目的是利用人工智能深度学习方法,开发一种通过鼻咽侧位片自动评估腺样体肥大的产品,以减轻放射科医生的工作负担,提高工作效率并消除个体误差。本研究通过自主研发基于多尺度的局部注意力关键点检测模型,并在多中心数据集上对其进行测试,获得诊断腺样体肥大性能最佳的模型并封装成软件形式,交付医生使用。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to develop a product that automatically assesses adenoid hypertrophy through nasopharyngeal lateral radiographs using deep learning-based artificial intelligence methods, in order to reduce the workload of radiologists, improve work efficiency, and eliminate individual errors. This study involves independently developing a multi-scale local attention keypoint detection model and testing it on a multi-center dataset to obtain the model with the best performance in diagnosing adenoid hypertrophy, which is then packaged into software for use by doctors.

纳入标准:

(1)患者体位标准;(2)X线片图像清晰显示硬腭、腺样体、颅底、枕骨斜坡;(3)所有患者信息匿名化。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient is placed in the correct position; 2. The X-ray image clearly displays the hard palate, adenoid body, skull base, and occipital slope; 3.All patient information is anonymized.

金标准或参考标准(即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法,在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准):

腺样体肥大的X线诊断标准为A/N比值≥0.6,A/N比值小于0.6提示腺样体大小正常,0.60-0.65提示腺样体轻度肥大,0.65-0.71提示腺样体中度肥大,大于0.71为病理性肥大。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

The X-ray diagnostic criteria for adenoid hypertrophy are A/N ratio ≥ 0.6, with A/N ratio less than 0.6 indicating normal adenoid size, 0.60-0.65 indicating mild adenoid hypertrophy, 0.65-0.71 indicating moderate adenoid hypertrophy, and greater than 0.71 indicating pathological hypertrophy.
