研究目的：

本研究旨在通过一项回顾性队列分析，系统比较DFUs患者的临床特征、描述足部溃疡的发病率，足溃疡病史和个人因素与长期随访的下肢截肢或死亡的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to systematically compare the clinical characteristics of DFUs patients, describe the incidence rate of foot ulcers, and describe the relationship between foot ulcer history and personal factors and long-term follow-up lower limb amputation or death through a retrospective cohort analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）.年龄≥18岁，男女不限； (2)确诊2型糖尿病，符合《中国糖尿病防治指南2024》标准； (3)糖尿病足溃疡诊断标准：符合《国际糖尿病足工作组（IWGDF）：糖尿病足防治国际指南（2023年）》标准； (4)糖尿病下肢糖尿病周围神经病（DPN）和外周动脉疾病（PAD）评估：感觉阈值、10g尼龙丝试验或ABI/TBI测量； (5)至少1次年度随访记录，总随访时间≥1年。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old, male or female not limited; 2.The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is in line with the standard of China diabetes Prevention and Control Guide 2024; 3. Diagnostic criteria for diabetes foot ulcer: in line with the International diabetes Foot Working Group (IWGDF): International Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of diabetes Foot (2023); 4. Evaluation of diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) of lower limb diabetes: sensory threshold, 10g nylon wire test or ABI/TBI measurement; 5. At least one annual follow-up record, with a total follow-up time of >= 1 year.

排除标准：

(1).基线病历确认有DFU病史。 (2)非糖尿病特异性足部病变，包括痛风性足部溃疡、类风湿关节炎足部病变、银屑病关节炎足部病变等。 (3)其他类型糖尿病如1型糖尿病、特殊类型糖尿病如MODY、继发性糖尿病。 (4)从基线至失访时间<1年； (5)严重心力衰竭，纽约心脏病协会心功能分级Ⅱ以上；严重肝损害，AST/ALT≥正常范围上限的3倍。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Baseline medical records confirm a history of DFU; 2. Non diabetes specific foot disease, including gouty foot ulcer, rheumatoid arthritis foot disease, psoriasis arthritis foot disease, etc.; 3. Other types of diabetes, such as type 1 diabetes, special types of diabetes, such as MODY, secondary diabetes; 4. From baseline to lost to follow-up time<1 year; 5.Severe heart failure, New York Heart Association functional class II or above;Severe liver damage, AST/ALT >= 3 times the upper limit of normal range.
