研究目的：

本研究旨在探索吡哆醇对术前中-高风险Apfel评分患者在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the effect of pyridoxine on the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients with moderate to high-risk Apfel scores before surgery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄需满足 >= 18 岁且 <= 65 岁（男女不限）；2、美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为I～III级；3、?Apfel评分>=2分；4、愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age requirement: ≥ 18 years old and<=65 years old (male or female); 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies it as grades I-III; 3. Apfel score >= 2 points; 4. Willing to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、术前精神类疾病或存在沟通困难，难以正常接受术后随访的患者；2、长期使用止吐药、阿片类药物或糖皮质激素；3、对研究中涉及到的药物有过敏史；4、其他可能表现为恶心或呕吐的疾病，如肝炎或胃溃疡；5、患有其他严重的合并症，研究者认为不适合参加这项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with preoperative psychiatric disorders or communication difficulties who find it difficult to receive postoperative follow-up normally; 2. Long term use of antiemetic drugs, opioid drugs, or glucocorticoids; 3. Have a history of allergies to the drugs involved in the study; 4. Other diseases that may manifest as nausea or vomiting, such as hepatitis or gastric ulcers; 5. Suffering from other serious comorbidities, the researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this study.
