研究目的：

本研究旨在分析晚期卵巢癌患者预后相关因素，构建术前预测卵巢癌达R0的预测模型，以期在术前对晚期卵巢癌患者精准评估，采用合理的治疗方式提高手术达R0率，从而延长晚期卵巢癌患者生存期。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to analyze the prognostic factors of patients with advanced ovarian cancer, and to build a prediction model for preoperative prediction of R0 in patients with advanced ovarian cancer, in order to accurately evaluate patients with advanced ovarian cancer before surgery, and improve the R0 rate of surgery by using reasonable treatment methods, so as to prolong the survival period of patients with advanced ovarian cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例资料及随访资料完整；
2.术后病理提示为Figo分期III、IV期上皮性卵巢癌患者；
3.患者为初次就诊，于我院治疗前未接受任何相关治疗；
4.治疗方案为初始肿瘤细胞减灭术或新辅助化疗联合中间型肿瘤细胞减灭术；
5.手术由山东大学齐鲁医院妇科肿瘤团队完成，术后接受规范治疗，并通过门诊、住院或电话等方式接受随访；

Inclusion criteria

1. Complete case data and follow-up data; 2. Postoperative pathology showed that patients with FIGO stage III and IV epithelial ovarian cancer; 3. The patient was treated for the first time and did not receive any relevant treatment before treatment in our hospital; 4. The treatment regimen was initial cytoreductive surgery or neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with intermediate cytoreductive surgery; 5. The operation was completed by the gynecological oncology team of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. The patients received standardized treatment after operation and were followed up by outpatient, inpatient or telephone;

排除标准：

1.确诊后仅接受化疗，未行肿瘤细胞减灭术；
2.合并其他严重疾病如严重肝肾功能损害、自身免疫性疾病、血栓及出血性疾病等而延误治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. After diagnosis, only chemotherapy was given without cytoreductive surgery; 2. Patients with other serious diseases, such as severe liver and kidney function damage, autoimmune diseases, thrombosis and hemorrhagic diseases, delayed treatment;
