研究目的：

探索手法结合运动疗法干预儿童柔韧性扁平足的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effectiveness of manual therapy combined with exercise therapy in the intervention for flexible flatfoot in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中度（Ⅱ度）柔韧性扁平足诊断标准；
2.年龄5-12周岁，性别不限；
3.BMI为低体重、正常、超重者；
4.无早产史/窒息史/手术史/外伤史；
5.自愿参与此次研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate (Grade Ⅱ) flexible flatfoot;
2.Age: 5-12 years old,Gender: Unrestricted;
3.Individuals with BMI classified as underweight, normal weight, or overweight;
4.No history of preterm birth, asphyxia, surgery, or trauma;
5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the Informed Consent Form;

排除标准：

1.患有引起柔韧性扁平足的其他疾病如脑瘫、先天性跗骨黏合；
2.儿童依从性差或无法正常沟通交流；
3.僵硬性扁平足；
4.既往有足部外伤、肿瘤、关节炎、骨折、手术史；
5.同时进行其他足踝部治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with other diseases that cause flexible flatfoot, such as cerebral palsy or congenital tarsal coalition;
2.Children who have poor compliance or are unable to communicate normally;
3.Rigid Flatfoot;
4.Individuals with a history of foot trauma, tumor, arthritis, fracture, or surgery;
5.Individuals undergoing other concurrent foot and ankle treatments;
