研究目的:

本研究以“动态有限元-多模态MRI 融合 ”为核心技术路径,聚 焦跑步人群踝关节软骨损伤的早期识别与风险分级,通过“参数量化-机制解析-模型构建与验证 ”的全链条设计,形成系统研究体系。  

Objectives of Study:

This study focuses on the early identification and risk grading of ankle cartilage injuries in the running population, with the core technology path of "dynamic finite element multimodal MRI fusion". Through the full chain design of "parameter quantification mechanism analysis model construction and verification", a systematic research system is formed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.浙江省内 20-60 岁长期跑步人群(每周跑步≥3次,每次≥30分钟,持续≥6个月);
2.自愿参与本研究并配合完成跑姿测试、多模态 MRI扫描及12个月随访(含损伤进展记录);
3.无踝关节手术史、骨折史或类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病;
4.无MRI检查禁忌证(如金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症),且能理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Long term running population aged 20-60 in Zhejiang Province (running ≥ 3 times a week for ≥ 30 minutes each time, lasting ≥ 6 months);
2.Voluntarily participate in this study and cooperate in completing running posture tests, multimodal MRI scans, and 12-month follow-up (including injury progression records);
3.No history of ankle surgery, fracture, or autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis;
4.No contraindications for MRI examination (such as metal implants, claustrophobia), and able to understand and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.合并严重心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等影响软骨代谢的系统性疾病;
2.既往踝关节融合术、人工关节置换术史;
3.近 3 个月内接受过踝关节注射治疗(如糖皮质激素);
4.无法配合完成跑姿采集或 MRI 扫描(如运动功能障碍)。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and other systemic diseases affecting cartilage metabolism;
2.Previous history of ankle fusion surgery and artificial joint replacement surgery;
3.Received ankle joint injection therapy (such as glucocorticoids) within the past 3 months;
4.Unable to cooperate in completing running posture acquisition or MRI scanning (such as motor dysfunction).

本项目将构建标准化的数据采集与管理体系,严格遵循国家卫生健康信息标准。数据采集涵盖临床诊疗、公共卫生及健康管理等多维度信息,通过接口对接与人工补录相结合的方式,实现多源异构数据的汇聚。我们将建立全流程质量控制机制,确保数据的准确性与完整性;司时,落实数据安全分级保护与隐私脱敏措施,保障信息安全。所有数据将通过专用加密通道上传至全民健康信息平台,并建立长效运维与动态更新机制,为区域卫生决策与居民健康管理提供可靠的数据支撑。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This project will establish a standardized data collection and management system,strictly adhering to national health information standards. Data acquisition encompasses multi-dimensional information from clinical diagnosis, public health, and health management. Through a combination of interface integration and manual entry, we will aggregate multi-source heterogeneous data. A full-process quality control mechanism will be implemented to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Concurrently, we will enforce data security classification protection and privacy de-identification measures to safe guard information security. All data will be uploaded to the National Health Information Platform via dedicated encrypted channels, supported by long-term operation and maintenance as well as dynamic updating mechanisms, there by providing reliable data support for regional health decision-making and resident health management.
