研究目的：

术后咽痛（postoperative sore throat,POST）是气管插管全麻后的常见并发症之一，其发生率为14.4%~50%，也有报道认为最高可达73.9%。双腔气管导管管径粗、质地硬、置管深，对患者咽喉和气管黏膜刺激较单腔管更强烈，POST发生率更高。由于咽痛并无严重致命性风险，对于手术预后也无大的影响，往往易被麻醉医师和手术医师忽视，但是术后随访发现，咽痛却是患者术后印象最深刻的痛苦之一。阻滞喉上神经内支，可达到舌根、会厌及声门裂以上喉黏膜的麻醉效果。本研究拟在超声引导下行喉上神经内支阻滞，以探讨其防治术后咽痛的安全性、有效性以及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative sore throat (POST) is one of the common complications after general anesthesia of tracheal intubation, with an incidence of 14.4%~50%. It is also reported that the incidence can be as high as 73.9%. The double-lumen trachea tube was thick in diameter, hard in texture and deep in depth, which stimulated the patient's throat and tracheal mucosa more strongly than the single-lumen trachea tube, and the incidence of POST was higher. Since pharyngeal pain has no serious and fatal risk and has no significant impact on the prognosis of surgery, it is often easily ignored by anesthesiologists and surgeons. However, postoperative follow-up shows that pharyngeal pain is one of the most impressive postoperative pains for patients. Block the internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve, can achieve the anesthetic effect of the laryngeal mucosa above the base of the tongue, epiglottis and glottis. This study is intended to investigate the safety, efficacy and feasibility of ultrasound-guided inferior laryngeal nerve internal branch block in the prevention and treatment of POST.

纳入标准：

胸科需行双腔支气管插管麻醉的择期手术患者，性别年龄不限，ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

The patients need to be double lumen endobronchial intubation anesthesia undergoing elective surgery, no limitation for age and gender, ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ level.

排除标准：

1、既往因甲状腺、口腔、咽喉部等疾病有过头颈部位手术史；2、既往有气管切开术史；3、有糖尿病或者精神病病史；4、长期接受阿片类药物、解热镇痛药物或者激素治疗；5、手术前已有咽痛、咽部不适、声音嘶哑等症状；6、对局麻药过敏;7、手术部位包含颈部；8、患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous head and neck surgery history due to thyroid, oral, throat and other diseases; 2. Previous tracheotomy history; 3. A history of diabetes or mental illness; 4. Long-term acceptance of opioids, antipyretic and analgesic drugs or hormone therapy; 5. Symptoms such as pharyngeal pain, pharyngeal discomfort and hoarseness existed before the operation; 6. Allergic to local anesthetics;7.The surgical site includes the neck;8.Declined to participate.
