研究目的：

探索心血管内科年轻护士虚实结合的OSCE教学培训策略，以提升心血管内科年轻护士临床综合能力，并为心血管内科年轻护士的临床教学提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the virtual and actual OSCE teaching and training strategy of young nurses in cardiovascular department, so as to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of young nurses in Cardiovascular department and provide a reference for the clinical teaching of young nurses in Cardiovascular department.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 选取我院6个心血管临床科室的78名低年资心血管护士培训为研究对象。 2. 心血管内一、心血管内二、心血管内三科的38名低年资护士作为对照组，心血管内四、心血管内五、心血管内六科的40名低年资护士作为观察组。 3. 研究对象均为从事心血管内科工作5年以内者。

Inclusion criteria

1. A total of 78 junior cardiovascular nurses from six cardiovascular clinical departments in our hospital were selected as study subjects. 2. Thirty-eight junior nurses from Cardiovascular Medicine I, II, and III served as the control group, while forty junior nurses from Cardiovascular Medicine IV, V, and VI served as the observation group. 3. All study subjects had less than five years of experience in cardiovascular medicine.
