主要研究目的：评估NHHR在MAFLD诊断中的应用价值，明确其作为诊断标志物的临界值及效能。 次要研究目的：1验证NHHR相较于传统血脂指标（如LDL-C、TG/HDL-C）在MAFLD诊断中的优越性。2探索联合临床多参数与NHHR构建MAFLD无创筛查模型的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objective: To evaluate the application value of NHHR in the diagnosis of MAFLD, and to determine its critical value and efficacy as a diagnostic marker. Secondary research objectives: 1. To verify the superiority of NHHR over traditional lipid indicators (such as LDL-C, TG/HDL-C) in the diagnosis of MAFLD. 2. To explore the feasibility of constructing an non-invasive screening model for MAFLD by combining clinical multiple parameters with NHHR.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁及以上的成年人； 2.有完整的血脂及其他相关实验室检查数据； 3.影像学检查：已进行定期的肝脏影像学检查（如超声）并能够根据检查结果确认无脂肪肝（对照组）或确诊为代谢性脂肪肝（MAFLD患者组）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Adults aged 18 years and older; 2.Complete blood lipid and other related laboratory examination data; 3. Imaging examination: regular liver imaging (such as ultrasound) and fatty liver (control group) or metabolic fatty liver (MAFLD group) could be confirmed according to the examination results;

排除标准：

1.近期内有重大急性疾病（如急性肾功能衰竭、急性肝炎等）或严重慢性疾病（如心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤）病史的患者；
2.在研究开始前3个月内，使用了影响血脂水平及肝脏代谢的药物（如降脂药、糖尿病药、皮质类固醇等）的个体；
3.过去一年内饮酒量超过国际标准定义的酗酒界限的个体；
4.怀孕或哺乳期女性；
5.被证实患有其他类型的肝病（如病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝病等）或肝脏病变；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of major acute diseases (such as acute renal failure, acute hepatitis, etc.) or severe chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignancies) in the recent past;
2.Individuals who have used medications affecting lipid levels and liver metabolism (such as lipid-lowering drugs, diabetes medications, corticosteroids, etc.) within 3 months prior to the start of the study;
3.Individuals who have exceeded the alcohol consumption limits defined by international standards for alcoholism in the past year;
4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
5.Individuals confirmed to have other types of liver disease (such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, etc.) or liver lesions;

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection will be conducted by trained researchers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Basic patient information and experimental indicators will be sourced from the LIS system of Yuebei People's Hospital. Patient prognosis data will be obtained from the LIS system or through follow-up telephone calls. To manage and store the collected data, a dedicated database will be established. Necessary data security measures, such as data encryption and access control, will be in place.
