研究目的:

利用人离体牙构建牙本质敏感体外模型,评估经酶促矿化壳聚糖纳米晶脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感体外模型效果。  

Objectives of Study:

An in vitro model for dentin hypersensitivity was constructed using dentin slices to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the enzymatically mineralized chitosan nanocrystal desensitizer.

纳入标准:

1. 患者年龄18~60周岁; 2. 因正畸治疗要求、牙周病或牙齿阻生等原因需拔除的第一、第二、第三磨牙;

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 to 60 years..; 2. First, second, or third molars requiring extraction due to orthodontic treatment requirements, periodontal disease, or tooth impaction.

排除标准:

1. 牙齿有龋坏或不能完整拔除; 2. 做过根管治疗或者修复的患牙。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Teeth with caries or cannot be fully extracted; 2. Teeth that have undergone root canal treatment or restoration.

将牙本质切片分为对照组、高浓度修复组、低浓度修复组、矿化液组;各组再按时间点(0、3、7天)分亚组。修复组滴加ALP/ChNCs混合液+CaGP矿化液交联,置于人工唾液孵育;矿化液组仅滴加CaGP;对照组不做处理

Dentin slices were divided into: control group, high-concentration repair group, low-concentration repair group, and mineralization solution group. Each group was further subdivided by time points (0, 3, 7 days). The repair groups were treated with ALP/ChNCs mixture + CaGP mineralization solution for crosslinking and incubated in artificial saliva; the mineralization solution group received only CaGP; the control group received no treatment.

Dentin slices were divided into: control group, high-concentration repair group, low-concentration repair group, GLUMA group, Aominqing group, and Duraphat group (10 slices per group: 5 for air pressure testing, 5 for SEM). After treatment, samples were subjected to simulated acid erosion (2% EDTA) and toothbrush abrasion. Air pressure was measured after treatment, after acid erosion, and after abrasion, followed by SEM observation.
