研究目的：

本研究是一项观察性、前瞻性的单中心队列研究，主要纳入肺部感染患者肺泡灌洗液或痰液样本。研究主要分为统计描述、肺部病原体分布情况研究、超多重靶向病原体三代测序检测方法的性能评估及病原体耐药情况分析四个部分，分别描述超多重靶向病原体三代测序检出的患者肺部感染类型及病原谱，超多重靶向病原体三代测序结合床旁快速评估 ROSE 方法与传统病原学检测方法相比的阳性率、敏感性、特异性，并统计超多重靶向病原体三代测序常见耐药菌的预测性能和 MDR 发生率及耐药基因谱。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is an observational, prospective single-center cohort study, mainly including alveolar lavage fluid or sputum samples from patients with pulmonary infection. The research mainly consists of four parts: statistical description, study on the distribution of pulmonary pathogens, performance evaluation of the third-generation sequencing detection method for ultra-multiple targeted pathogens, and analysis of pathogen drug resistance. These parts respectively describe the types of pulmonary infections and pathogen spectra detected by the third-generation sequencing of ultra-multiple targeted pathogens in patients. The positive rate, sensitivity and specificity of the ROSE method compared with traditional etiological detection methods were evaluated by the third-generation sequencing of ultra-multiple targeted pathogens combined with bedside rapid assessment, and the predictive performance of common drug-resistant bacteria, the incidence of MDR and the drug resistance gene spectrum of the third-generation sequencing of ultra-multiple targeted pathogens were statistically analyzed.
