研究目的：

主要目的：探究住院患者无痛胃肠镜麻醉清醒后即刻开放流质饮食的安全性，包括出血、穿孔、腹痛等并发症和不良反应。 次要目的：了解住院患者无痛胃肠镜麻醉清醒后即刻开放流质饮食后的体验与感受。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: : To investigate the safety of allowing immediate liquid diet after anesthesia recovery in hospitalized patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, including complications and adverse reactions such as bleeding, perforation, and abdominal pain.Secondary Objective: : To understand the experiences and perceptions of hospitalized patients regarding immediate liquid diet after anesthesia recovery following painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄>= 18 岁； 2)美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiology，ASA)麻醉风险分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级。 3)可配合各项量表评估，有一定语言表述能力； 4)自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Age >= 18 years; American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status classification of I or II; (ASA) I II; Ability to cooperate with various scale assessments and possess adequate verbal communication skills; Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)返流误吸高风险患者(返流性食管炎、幽门梗阻等胃部疾病)； 2)胃动力异常，近期服用影响胃动力的药物； 3)胃肠道肿瘤病史； 4)治疗上需要继续禁食、水； 5)言语障碍或患有严重精神疾病而不能配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with high risk of reflux and aspiration (reflux esophagitis, pyloric obstruction and other gastric diseases); 2) abnormal gastric motility due to recent use of drugs affecting gastric motility; 3) history of gastrointestinal cancer; 4) Treatment requires continued fasting and water; 5) Inability to cooperate due to speech disorder or severe mental illness.
