研究目的：

本项目旨在开展一项高质量的临床随机对照试验，客观评价选择性脊柱推拿疗法治疗儿童近视的有效性和安全性，假设是，选择性脊柱推拿疗法有助于改善近视儿童的视力，安全性更高，无副作用，并相较局部推拿治疗，其长期疗效更稳定。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to conduct a high-quality randomized controlled trial to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of selective spinal Tuina manipulation therapy in treating pediatric myopia. It is hypothesized that selective spinal Tuina manipulation therapy can help improve vision in children with myopia, is safer with no adverse effects, and exhibits more stable long-term efficacy compared to local Tuina manipulation therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入组前对患儿进行眼科常规检查，符合单纯性轻中度近视诊断标准； 2. 患儿均为 6-12 岁的儿童，不分性别； 3. 监护人及患儿签署知情同意书； 4. 监护人及患儿自愿参加临床观察，服从医师安排并配合治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Prior to enrollment, routine ophthalmic examinations were conducted on the children, all of whom met the diagnostic criteria for simple, mild to moderate myopia; 2. The children involved in the study were aged between 6 and 12 years, with no distinction made based on gender; 3. Informed consent was obtained from both the guardians and the children; 4. Both guardians and children volunteered to participate in the clinical observation, adhered to the physician's arrangements, and cooperated with the treatment.

排除标准：

1. 眼部有炎症、颜面部有皮损或感染病灶者； 2. 合并有严重系统性疾病的患者，如心脏、脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统和精神疾病； 3. 有先天遗传性高度近视病史者； 4. 合并病理性的近视眼底变化及（或）有明显的视力障碍或其他影响疗效判定的并发性眼科疾病。 5. 患有神经和精神疾病(如脑瘫、自闭症、脊柱裂、神经性厌食症)的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with ocular inflammation, skin lesions, or infectious foci on the face; 2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematological, and psychiatric disorders; 3. Individuals with a history of congenital hereditary high myopia; 4. Patients with pathological changes in the fundus of the eye due to myopia and/or significant visual impairment, as well as other ocular conditions that may affect the assessment of therapeutic outcomes; 5. Children with neurological and psychiatric disorders (such as cerebral palsy, autism, spina bifida, anorexia nervosa).

符合条件的近视儿童将按1:1的比例随机分为两组。随机化将使用计算机随机数字发生器。将会有带有随机数字随机分配到不透明信封。这些信封将由一个独立的成员管理，该成员不参与干预或数据分析。当合格受试对象进入试验时，按其进入顺序拆开信封，根据卡片规定分组，按照相应的医嘱进行干预，不得更改。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Eligible myopic children will be randomly divided into two groups in a 1:1 ratio. Randomization will use a computer random number generator. There will be random numbers assigned to opaque envelopes. These envelopes will be managed by an independent member who will not participate in intervention or data analysis. When qualified subjects enter the trial, they will open the envelopes in the order of entry, group them according to the card regulations, and intervene according to the corresponding doctor's advice, and no changes will be allowed.

盲法：

在这项研究中，由于推拿干预是操作者与受试者之间直接的皮肤接触，不管是否操作于特定穴位，都不可避免的会刺激皮肤、肌肉及周围神经，因此治疗师和孩子的父母或法定监护人难以使用盲法。但果评估人员对随机分组、分组分配和干预干预的程序和结果将使用盲法。

Blinding：

In this study, since the massage intervention is a direct skin contact between the operator and the subject, regardless of whether it is performed on specific acupoints or not, it inevitably stimulates the skin, muscles and peripheral nerves. Therefore, it is difficult for therapists and the parents or legal guardians of the children to use the blind method. However, the assessors will use blinding for the procedures and results of randomization, group assignment, and intervention.
