研究目的：

采用多中心、回顾性研究方法，对急性心肌炎的病人进行临床数据资料收集，总结病因，分析预后，有利于开展个体化的治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

A multicenter and retrospective research method was used to collect clinical data, summarize the etiology, and analyze the prognosis of patients with acute myocarditis, which is conducive to individualized treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～75 岁，性别不限； 2.符合急性心肌炎（AMC）诊断标准： 病因: (1)感染性-病毒感染最常见; (2)非感染性-自身免疫病、药物/心脏毒性； 3.临床症状出现时间不超过30天.

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18–75 years, any gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute myocarditis (AMC): Etiology: (1) Infectious - viral infection is the most common; (2) Non-infectious - autoimmune disease, drug/cardiotoxicity; 3. Clinical symptoms appear within 30 days.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2.由急性心肌梗死、严重瓣膜病等非炎症性病因导致的心脏损伤； 3.合并需长期使用激素的自身免疫性疾病； 4.存在激素使用禁忌症； 5.合并晚期恶性肿瘤.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Cardiac injury caused by non-inflammatory etiologies such as acute myocardial infarction or severe valvular disease; 3.Concurrent autoimmune diseases requiring long-term corticosteroid use; 4.Contraindications to corticosteroid therapy; 5.Comorbid advanced malignant tumors.
