研究目的:

1.探索长期射箭干预对于警觉、定向、执行控制注意网络的干预效能。 2.基于功能性近红外光谱成像(fNIRS)技术,挖掘其驱动注意网络的神经可塑性改变的机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To investigate the efficacy of long-term archery intervention on the attentional networks governing vigilance, orientation, and executive control. 2. To utilise functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to uncover the mechanisms underlying neuroplastic changes driving these attentional networks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.在入组前一周内没有进行过3次及以上、每次30分钟及以上的无规律运动经历,射箭运动组被试还需要满足射箭运动的参与经验较少的条件; 2.无严重躯体疾病和明显的四肢损伤,能够保证开展正常、稳定的运动干预; 3.无脑部内外创伤史; 4.无癫痫、精神损伤等神经系统遗传疾病; 5.无焦虑以及抑郁等不良情绪; 6.智力水平正常; 7.均为右利手; 8.视力正常或矫正(>0.8)视力正常,无色盲、色弱眼症。 9.近期睡眠质量良好。 10.半年内无注意缺陷多动障碍治疗史。

Inclusion criteria

1. No history of three or more episodes of unstructured physical activity lasting 30 minutes or longer within one week prior to enrolment; participants in the archery group must additionally have limited prior experience of archery. 2. No severe physical illness or significant limb injury, ensuring capacity for normal, stable exercise intervention. 3. No history of head trauma, internal or external. 4. No neurological genetic disorders such as epilepsy or psychiatric injuries; 5. No adverse emotional states including anxiety or depression; 6. Normal intellectual functioning; 7. All participants must be right-handed; 8. Normal or corrected vision (>0.8), with no colour blindness or colour deficiency; 9. Recent history of good sleep quality; 10. No history of treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder within the past six months.

排除标准:

1.在入组前一周内进行过3次及以上、每次30分钟及以上的无规律运动经历,射箭运动组被试若不满足射箭运动的参与经验较少的条件也会予以排除; 2.存在严重躯体疾病和明显的四肢损伤,不能保证开展正常、稳定的运动干预的被试予以排除; 3.存在脑部内外创伤史的被试予以排除; 4.存在癫痫、精神损伤等神经系统遗传疾病的被试予以排除; 5.存在焦虑以及抑郁等不良情绪的被试予以排除; 6.存在智力障碍或认知功能受损,无法理解实验指令的被试予以排除; 7.左利手的被试予以排除; 8.视力(含矫正视力)低于0.8的被试予以排除,或存在色盲、色弱等影响实验任务的眼部疾病的被试予以排除; 9.近期自我报告睡眠质量差的被试予以排除; 10.近半年内因注意缺陷多动障碍接受过任何形式的治疗(药物、行为等)的被试予以排除。 11.其他可能干扰研究的因素:同时参与其他可能影响本研究结果的临床试验,或研究者判断存在任何其他不适合参与本研究的情况的被试予以排除。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Participants who engaged in three or more episodes of irregular exercise lasting 30 minutes or longer within one week prior to enrollment; archers who do not meet the criterion of limited archery experience will also be excluded; 2. Presence of severe physical illness or significant limb injury precluding the ability to undergo normal, stable exercise intervention; 3. History of intracranial or extracranial trauma; 4. Presence of neurological genetic disorders such as epilepsy or psychiatric injuries; 5. Presence of adverse emotional states such as anxiety or depression; 6. Intellectual disability or impaired cognitive function preventing comprehension of experimental instructions; 7. Left-handedness; 8. Visual acuity (including corrected vision) below 0.8, or ocular conditions affecting experimental tasks such as colour blindness or colour weakness; 9. Recent self-reported poor sleep quality; 10. Received any form of treatment (pharmacological, behavioural, etc.) for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder within the past six months. 11. Other factors potentially interfering with the study: Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study, or any other circumstances deemed by the investigator to make the subject unsuitable for participation in this study.
