研究目的：

本研究以肿瘤放疗患者口腔健康问题为切入点，通过调查肿瘤放疗患者患者口腔健康素养现状，基于LEARNS模式构建肿瘤放疗患者口腔健康教育方案，并验证该干预方案在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果，为临床采用合理的口腔干预措施，减少肿瘤放疗患者痛苦，提高护理质量提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study takes the oral health problems of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy as the entry point, investigates the status of oral health literacy of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, constructs an oral health education program for cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy based on LEARNS model, and verifies the application effect of the intervention program in cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, so as to provide reasonable oral intervention measures for clinical use and reduce the suffering of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, to provide basis for improving nursing quality.

纳入标准：

1. 经临床综合检查与组织病理学专科检查为恶性肿瘤的患者且治疗方式包括放疗； 2. 病情稳定、意识清楚、能正常沟通交流； 3. 年龄在 18 岁以上70岁以下； 4. 无口腔外伤、口腔癌症等； 5. Barthel 指数>=60 分（此范围患者生活自理能力处于轻度依赖以下，生活基本自理）； 6. HeLD-14 得分<=46分（此范围口腔健康素养处于中等偏低水平）； 7. 患者能够独立使用微信等手机软件； 8. 知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by comprehensive clinical examination and histopathological examination and treated with radiotherapy; 2. stable condition, clear consciousness, normal communication; 3. Age above 18 years old and below 70 years old ; 4. no oral trauma, oral cancer, etc. 5. Barthel index >=60 points (patients in this range of self-care ability is under mild dependence, basic self-care); 6. HOLD-14 score <=46 points (this range of oral health literacy was at a low to medium level); 7. Patients could use wechat and other mobile apps independently. 8. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1. 存在其他严重疾病者； 2. 伴有认知功能障碍及精神障碍者； 3. 正在参加其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With other serious diseases; 2. With cognitive dysfunction and mental disorders; 3. Patients who are participating in other studies.
