研究目的：

研究低能量激光照射对慢性牙周炎患者的正畸牙齿移动的疗效，以期指导临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of low level laser therapy(LLLT) on orthodontic tooth movement with chronic periodontitis in order to guide clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性牙周炎的相关诊断标准； 2.研究对象依从性好，矫治器佩戴时间≥22h/d，口腔卫生维护较好，对本研究方案知情且同意； 3.均为安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者，且前牙为轻中度拥挤； 4.均采用拔牙矫治，拔除牙位为14,24,34,44或14,24,35,45； 5.研究对象尖牙牙体健康，牙尖完整，磨耗程度较少，两侧尖牙的扭转度（0-20°），轴倾度（-5°--5°），转矩（0-10°）和垂直向高度（-1-1mm）基本对称；腭部发育正常，腭皱襞及腭穹隆完整且清晰； 6.经医院伦理委员会批准；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic periodontitis; 2. Good compliance: Subjects wear orthodontic appliances >= 22 h/day, maintain good oral hygiene, and provide informed consent for the study protocol. 3. Angle’s Class II Division 1 malocclusion with mild-to-moderate anterior crowding. 4. Undergoing extraction-based orthodontic treatment, with extracted tooth positions: 14,24,34,44 or 14,24,35,45. 5. Healthy canines with: Intact cusps and minimal wear. Bilateral symmetry in rotation (0-20°), axial inclination(-5°to +5°), torque(0-10°), and vertical height(-1--1 mm). Normal palatal development, with complete and distinct palatal rugae and vault morphology. 6. Approved by the institutional ethics committee.

排除标准：

1.排除牙周炎相关的系统性疾病和颞下颌关节疾病者； 2.孕产妇； 3.精神意识障碍 4.拒绝本研究方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Systemic diseases related to periodontitis or temporomandibular joint disorders(TMD). 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Cognitive or psychiatric disorders. 4. Refusal to participate in the study protocol.
