研究目的：

对结核潜伏感染预防性服药对象随机采用智慧化管理和传统方式管理，观察6周H2P2短程预防性服药方案保护效果和智慧化管理对依从性提高作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Randomly adopt intelligent management and traditional management methods for tuberculosis latent infection preventive medication subjects, observe the protective effect of 6-week H2P2 short-term preventive medication plan and the effect of intelligent management on compliance improvement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.QFT-Plus结果阳性； 2.无活动性结核病临床症状和体征； 3.胸部影像学检查未见活动性结核样病变； 4.无预防性治疗禁忌证； 5.接受干预策略且能全程完成随访工作。

Inclusion criteria

1. QFT Plus result is positive; 2. No clinical symptoms and signs of active tuberculosis; 3. Chest imaging examination showed no active tuberculosis-like lesions; 4. No contraindications for preventive treatment; 5. Accept intervention strategies and be able to complete follow-up work throughout the process.

排除标准：

1.基础疾病或正在进行肝炎、血液系统和抗精神病药物治疗； 2.纳入前1年接受过任何的结核病预防性治疗； 3.既往患过结核病，完成规范抗结核病治疗5年内者； 4.近期急性感染疾病人群； 5.临床医生判断不适宜进行预防治疗； 6.研究开始前已知依从性差，不能坚持完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Undergoing underlying diseases or undergoing treatment with hepatitis, hematological disorders, and antipsychotic drugs; 2. Have received any preventive treatment for tuberculosis in the previous year; 3. Those who have suffered from tuberculosis in the past and completed standard anti tuberculosis treatment within 5 years; 4. Recent population with acute infectious diseases; 5. Clinical doctors determine that preventive treatment is not appropriate; 6. Prior to the start of the study, it was known that the compliance was poor and the follow-up could not be consistently completed.
