本研究以“高血压健康管理科普”为核心，旨在通过问卷调查了解目标人群在高血压饮食、用药、运动、自我监测及心理认知等方面的现状、需求与痛点，从而为后续设计更具人群特征的交互式叙事科普内容（包括运动康复、饮食管理、用药行为等模块）提供证据基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study centres on ‘hypertension health management science communication’, aiming to utilise questionnaire surveys to understand the current status, needs, and pain points of the target population regarding hypertension-related diet, medication, exercise, self-monitoring, and psychological cognition. This will provide an evidence base for subsequently designing more population-specific interactive narrative science communication content (including modules on exercise rehabilitation, dietary management, and medication adherence).

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18周岁，性别不限。 2.既往经医疗机构诊断为高血压患者，或为社区随访管理的高血压人群；亦可纳入具有高血压风险、接受相关健康管理或科普教育的人群。 3.意识清楚，具备基本阅读和理解能力，能够在研究人员协助下完成问卷填写。 4.自愿参加本研究，并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years, no gender restrictions. 2.Individuals previously diagnosed with hypertension by medical institutions, or those under community follow-up management for hypertension; may also include individuals at risk of hypertension who receive relevant health management or public health education. 3.Conscious and alert, possessing basic reading and comprehension abilities, able to complete questionnaires with the assistance of researchers. 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and has signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重认知功能障碍、精神疾病或意识障碍，无法理解研究内容或完成问卷者。
2.语言、听力或视力严重受损，且在研究人员协助下仍无法完成问卷者。
3.处于急性疾病期或严重躯体疾病不稳定状态（如急性心脑血管事件、严重感染等），不适宜参与问卷调查者。
4.拒绝签署知情同意书或在研究过程中明确表示不愿继续参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or impaired consciousness who are unable to comprehend the study content or complete the questionnaire.
2.Individuals with severe impairments in language, hearing, or vision who are unable to complete the questionnaire even with the assistance of a researcher.
3.Individuals in the acute phase of illness or experiencing severe physical instability (such as acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, serious infections, etc.) are unsuitable for participation in questionnaire surveys.
4.Participants who refuse to sign the informed consent form or explicitly indicate during the study that they do not wish to continue participating.
