研究目的：

本研究计划在GAD患者上采用a-cTBS治疗，记录患者在治疗前、治疗后及随访时的临床量表及认知任务得分，并与伪刺激组以及同等疗程的rTMS治疗组进行比较，以验证a-cTBS改善广泛性焦虑障碍临床症状及认知能力的可行性与有效性。同时运用脑电图技术记录GAD患者在a-cTBS治疗前后的静息态、任务态及TMS诱发态等多模态下的脑电活动数据，分析其功率谱、功能连接及事件相关电位等指标，阐明a-cTBS治疗GAD的脑电生理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to administer accelerated continuous theta-burst stimulation (a-cTBS) to patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Clinical scale scores and cognitive task performance will be recorded at baseline, post-treatment, and during follow-up. Comparisons will be made with a sham stimulation group and a repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatment group receiving an equivalent number of sessions, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of a-cTBS in alleviating clinical symptoms and improving cognitive function in GAD. Concurrently, electroencephalography (EEG) will be used to record patients' brain electrical activity under multiple modalities—including resting-state, task-state, and TMS-evoked state—both before and after a-cTBS treatment. Indicators such as power spectrum, functional connectivity, and event-related potentials (ERPs) will be analyzed to elucidate the electrophysiological mechanisms underlying a-cTBS treatment for GAD.

纳入标准：

1.符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第 5 版的 GAD 诊断标准； 2.汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）总分>=14分； 3.患者或家属自愿签署知情同意书； 4.患者未服用过相关精神类药物；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the GAD diagnostic criteria of the The diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, Fifth Edition; 2.Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=14; 3.Patients or family members voluntarily signed informed consent forms; 4.Did not taking relevant psychotropic medications;

排除标准：

1.有严重自杀倾向；
2.既往有其他精神疾病史；
3.药物、酒精或其它精神活性物质滥用史；
4.因意识障碍或视力、听力、语言表达及理解障碍而不配合检查或无法完成检查者；
5.原发性脑肿瘤、脑转移癌、脑外伤或伴有严重躯体疾病者（包括严重心肺肝肾功能不全、自身免疫性疾病）；
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Has a severe suicidal tendency;
2.Previous history of depression or other psychiatric disorders;
3.History of substance, alcohol or other psychoactive substance abuse;
4.Uncoordinated or unable to complete the examination because of impaired consciousness or impaired vision, hearing, and speech expression and understanding;
5.With primary brain tumors, brain metastases, brain trauma, or those severe somatic diseases;
6.Pregnant or lactating;
