研究目的：

比较IBD患者手术标本中发炎组织与正常组织中胆酸受体的表达水平差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the expression levels of bile acid receptors in inflamed versus normal tissues from surgical specimens of IBD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床确诊为炎症性肠病，包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎患者；
2.在本院接受过外科手术切除病变肠段，并有完整的手术病理标本留存；
3.标本中可明确区分活动性炎症区域与相对正常或炎旁肠段；
4.标本具有良好保存质量，具备用于免疫组化或免疫荧光检测的基本条件；
5.患者的临床资料完整，包括年龄、性别、病史、用药史、病理诊断等关键信息；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients clinically diagnosed with IBD, including Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis;
2.Patients who have undergone surgical resection of diseased intestinal segments at our hospital, with complete surgical pathology specimens available;
3.Specimens in which areas of active inflammation can be clearly distinguished from relatively normal or peri-inflammatory intestinal segments;
4.Specimens with good preservation quality and suitable for immunohistochemistry or immunofluorescence analysis;
5.Complete clinical data available for the patient, including age, sex, medical history, medication history, pathological diagnosis, and other key information;

排除标准：

1.标本来自非IBD患者（如肿瘤、感染性肠炎等）；
2.组织标本缺乏完整病理信息或组织结构受损严重，无法进行有效染色与分析；
3.标本中缺乏明确的炎症活动区域或对照区域，无法满足研究对比需求；
4.患者存在严重合并症（如其他自身免疫性疾病、原发性肝胆疾病等），可能干扰胆酸代谢或受体表达判断；
5.无法获取患者的关键临床信息，或临床资料严重缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Specimens obtained from non-IBD patients (e.g., those with tumors, infectious colitis, etc.);
2.Tissue specimens lacking complete pathological information or with severely damaged tissue architecture, making effective staining and analysis impossible;
3.Specimens lacking clearly defined areas of active inflammation or corresponding control regions, making comparative analysis unfeasible;
4.Patients with severe comorbidities (e.g., other autoimmune diseases, primary hepatobiliary disorders) that may interfere with the assessment of bile acid metabolism or receptor expression;
5.Inability to obtain key clinical information from the patient, or cases with severely incomplete clinical data;
