研究目的：

探索ADHD儿童青少年与正常发育儿童青少年的眼动特征差异，并比较不同运动专项儿童青少年与无运动习惯儿童青少年的眼动特征差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate differences in eye movement characteristics between children and adolescents with ADHD and those with typical development, and to compare eye movement characteristics between children and adolescents engaged in different sports disciplines and those without regular sporting habits.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）6-11岁儿童及青少年； （2）ADHD儿童需经由医生诊断为ADHD；3 （3）无运动习惯儿童除常规体育课外，近3个月内无规律运动习惯（每周中高强度运动次数≤3次，每次锻炼时间＜30min）；运动专项训练的儿童需持续参与目标运动项目（每周中高强都训练≥3次，每次运动时长≥60 min） （4）右利手，视力正常或矫正视力正常； （5）中文版韦氏儿童智力量表测试：IQ≥80； （6）自愿参与，受试者家长或法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children and adolescents aged 6–11 years; (2) Children with ADHD must have received a clinical diagnosis of ADHD; (3) Children without regular exercise habits must have had no consistent exercise routine ( <= 3 sessions of moderate-to-vigorous intensity exercise per week, each session <30 minutes) outside of regular physical education classes in the preceding three months; children undergoing specialised sports training must have consistently participated in their target sport (>=3 sessions of moderate-to-vigorous intensity training per week, each session >=60 minutes) (4) Right-handed, with normal or corrected normal vision; (5) Chinese version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children: IQ >= 80; (6) Voluntary participation, with informed consent signed by the subject's parent or legal guardian.

排除标准：

（1）除患注意缺陷多动障碍，还患有其他发育行为性疾病或精神系统疾病者（如自闭症谱系障碍、双向情感障碍等）； （2）患有眼科疾病，例如色盲或色彩弱点等；散光度数严重； （3）排除有严重疾病不宜运动者（如心脏病、哮喘等）； （4）自我报告的偏头痛史或在测试前3个月内任何时间使用影响中枢神经系统的药物史； （5）近6个月内有眼部手术或严重运动损伤； （6）在干预过程中药物使用情况会有调整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) who also have other developmental behavioural disorders or psychiatric conditions (such as autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.); (2) Individuals with ophthalmic conditions, such as colour blindness or colour weakness; or severe astigmatism; (3) Individuals with serious medical conditions unsuitable for exercise (such as heart disease, asthma, etc.); (4) Self-reported history of migraine or use of central nervous system-affecting medications at any time within the three months preceding the test; (5) History of ocular surgery or severe sports injury within the preceding six months; (6) Participants whose medication regimen may require adjustment during the intervention period.
