研究目的：

1.回顾性分析斑秃患者的基线特征，包括人口统计学信息（年龄、性别等）、疾病表现（脱发类型、部位、数量等）以及既往病史，分析成人及儿童斑秃患者在疾病表现方面的异同。 2.分析不同诊断手段（如毛发镜检查、血液检查、头皮活检、超声等）的使用情况及其与疾病特征的关联。 3.总结不同治疗方案（如外用药物、生物制剂等）在临床实践中的实际疗效及安全性，探索成人及儿童斑秃的治疗选择。 4.探讨斑秃患者既往生活方式、心理压力及家族遗传背景与疾病发生发展的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct a retrospective analysis of the baseline characteristics of alopecia areata patients, including demographic information (age, gender, etc.), disease manifestations (type, location, and extent of hair loss, etc.), and past medical history, to analyze the similarities and differences in disease presentation between adult and pediatric alopecia areata patients.2. Analyze the utilization of different diagnostic methods (such as trichoscopy, blood tests, scalp biopsy, ultrasound, etc.) and their association with disease characteristics.3. Summarize the actual efficacy and safety of various treatment regimens (such as topical medications, biological agents, etc.) in clinical practice, and explore treatment options for alopecia areata in adults and children.4. Investigate the relationship between the onset and progression of alopecia areata and patients' past lifestyle factors, psychological stress, and family genetic background.

纳入标准：

2015年10月至2025年10月期间在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院被诊断为斑秃的患者，不限年龄与性别。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with alopecia areata at Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine between October 2015 and October 2025, regardless of age and sex.

排除标准：

1.近3个月接受过可能影响脱发的治疗（如化疗、放疗）；
2.严重心、肝、肾功能不全或恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have received treatments that may affect hair loss (such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy) within the past 3 months.
2.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or malignant tumors.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on previous medical records, the patients were divided into two groups according to age: 18 years or younger, and over 18 years old. The differences and similarities between the two groups were compared in terms of disease characteristics, past medical history and comorbidities, treatment plans and outcomes, as well as the relationship between abnormalities in auxiliary examination findings and the onset and progression of the disease.
