Objectives of Study：

Two-dimensional speckle tracking technology and transcranial ultrasound were used to evaluate carotid artery stiffness and intracranial hemodynamic status in elderly patients with OSA.

纳入标准：

1.年龄60-85岁;
2.(2)经初筛便携式诊断仪或实验室标准多导睡眠仪诊断为OSA或非OSA;
3.(3)临床资料完整;
4.(4)接受颈动脉斑点追踪检查及TCS检查;
5.(5)同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 60 and 85 years; 2.Diagnosed with OSA or non-OSA using a portable diagnostic device or a standard laboratory polysomnograph; 3.Complete clinical data available; 4.Having undergone carotid artery plaque tracking examinations as well as TCS tests; 5.Agreeing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.(1）年龄＜60岁或年龄＞85岁；
2.(2)存在除OSA之外的睡眠障碍疾病，如发作性睡病、特发性嗜睡、睡眠剝夺、昼夜节律障碍、精神疾病等；
3.(3)存在影响夜间血氧饱和度的其他疾病；
4.(4)合并有严重的心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器的功能异常或器质性疾病，严重内分泌系统疾病，或合并有恶性肿瘤；
5.(5)任何程度的意识障碍；
6.(6)因颞骨窗透声差或部分透声而无法获得满意图像者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 60 years or age > 85 years; 2. Presence of sleep disorders other than OSA, such as narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, sleep deprivation, circadian rhythm disorders, mental illnesses, etc.; 3. The presence of other diseases that affect nighttime blood oxygen saturation; 4. Presence of severe functional abnormalities or organic diseases in important organs such as the heart, brain, liver, or kidneys; severe endocrine system disorders; or the presence of malignant tumors. 5. Any degree of consciousness disorder; 6. In cases where satisfactory images cannot be obtained due to poor acoustic transmission or partial transmission through the temporal bone window.
