探究急性共同性内斜视发病的影响因素，不同治疗方案的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influencing factors of the onset of acute acquired concomitant esotropia (AACE) and the efficacy of different treatment plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 明确诊断为急性共同性内斜视; 2: 已行手术治疗，或眼外肌肉毒素注射治疗的患者;

Inclusion criteria

1: The diagnosis was clearly confirmed as acute acquired concomitant esotropia (AACE); 2: Patients who have undergone surgical treatment or received botulinum toxin injection for the extraocular muscles;

排除标准：

1: 同时患有全身感染、自身免疫性疾病、肾功能不全等严重的全身 疾病者； 2: 影像学检查提示颅内病变者； 3: 发病前 3 个月内有明确头部或 眼部外伤史；

Exclusion criteria：

1: Those who suffer from severe systemic diseases such as systemic infection, autoimmune disorders, and renal insufficiency; 2: Those with indications of intracranial lesions as suggested by imaging examinations; 3: There was a clear history of head or eye trauma within 3 months prior to the onset of the disease.
