研究目的：

1.揭示肺结核患者中隐匿性HBV流行率及分子病毒学特征; 2.探寻肺结核患者中OBI对治疗后病毒再激活和肝损伤发生的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To reveal the prevalence and molecular virological characteristics of occult HBV in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis; 2. To explore the influencing factors of OBI on viral reactivation and liver damage after treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

收集肺结核患者为研究对象（年龄≥18 周岁，临床确诊为活动性肺结核），诊断标准参照《肺结核诊断标准（WS 288—2017）》。OBI 样本：采用化学发光法检测乙肝血清标志物（HBsAg），采用荧光定量 PCR 检测血清 HBV-DNA，以 HBV-DNA >20 IU/mL 同时 HBsAg阴性的样本。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with tuberculosis were selected as research subjects (age >=18 years, clinically diagnosed with active tuberculosis), and the diagnostic criteria were based on the "Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis (WS 288—2017)". For OBI samples: chemiluminescence was used to detect hepatitis B serological markers (HBsAg), and fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect serum HBV-DNA. Samples with HBV-DNA >20 IU/mL and HBsAg negative were included.

排除标准：

排除合并 HIV/HCV 感染、肝硬化、肝癌或其他严重肝病，排除恶性肿瘤和严重消耗性疾病，排除近期接受过免疫抑制治疗后纳入研究

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding those with co-infection of HIV/HCV, cirrhosis, liver cancer, or other severe liver diseases; excluding malignant tumors and severe wasting diseases; excluding those who have recently received immunosuppressive therapy before being included in the study.
