研究目的：

明确对于 PGT-A 的不孕患者的解冻整倍体单囊胚移植中，采用富含透明质酸移植液（胚胎胶）是否可以获得比常规移植液（G2）更高的活产率。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether using a hyaluronic acid-rich transfer medium (EmbryoGlue) can achieve higher live birth rates compared to conventional transfer medium (G2) in the frozen-thawed euploid blastocyst transfer for PGT-A infertility patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-45 岁； 2.PGT-A 检测后移植 1 枚整倍体囊胚（评分>3BC 的 D5/D6 囊胚）； 3.采用自然周期、改良自然周期、激素替代周期或降调节激素替代周期进行内膜准备。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 20-45 years old; 2. After PGT-A testing, transfer one euploid blastocyst (D5/D6 blastocyst with a score>3BC); 3. Using natural cycles, modified natural cycles, hormone replacement cycles, or downregulated hormone replacement cycles for endometrial preparation.

排除标准：

1.有辅助生育技术禁忌症或妊娠禁忌症的患者； 2.PGT-M、PGT-SR 周期及染色体异常患者； 3.移植嵌合体胚胎或未诊断明确的胚胎； 4.供精或供卵周期； 5.先天子宫畸形、重度宫腔粘连、粘膜下子宫肌瘤、严重子宫腺肌症; 6.移植前内膜厚度小于 6mm； 7.参加其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to assisted reproductive technology or pregnancy; 2. Patients with PGT-M, PGT-SR cycle and chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Transfer chimeric embryos or undiagnosed embryos; 4. Sperm or egg supply cycle; 5. Congenital uterine malformation, severe intrauterine adhesions, submucosal uterine fibroids, severe adenomyosis; 6. The thickness of the endometrium before transplantation is less than 6mm; 7. Patients participating in other clinical studies.
