研究目的：

1、描述接受ERCP手术患者衰弱率； 2、比较衰弱与非衰弱患者ERCP围手术期不良事件发生率的差异； 3、比较衰弱与非衰弱患者ERCP术后30日及1年预后差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the frailty rate of patients undergoing ERCP surgery; 2. Compare the incidence of perioperative adverse events of ERCP between frail and non-frail patients; 3. Compare the 30-day and 1-year postoperative prognosis of ERCP between frail and non-frail patients.

纳入标准：

纳入2014年1月1日至2024年10月30日于北京医院接受ERCP手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

This study included patients who underwent ERCP at Beijing Hospital between January 1, 2014 and October 30, 2024.

排除标准：

患者年龄＜65岁

Exclusion criteria：

Patient age < 65 years
