研究目的：

1. 评估PMF手术在真实临床环境中的安全性和有效性 2. 比较PMF与传统手术在复发率、并发症和医疗费用等方面的差异 3. 探索影响PMF手术疗效的关键因素（如CEAP分级、术者经验等）  

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess the safety and efficacy of the PMF procedure in a real-world clinical setting; 2. To compare the recurrence rate, complications and medical costs between PMF and conventional surgery; 3. To explore the key factors affecting the efficacy of PMF surgery (such as CEAP classification, operator experience, etc.).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.原发性下肢静脉曲张CEAP分级C2-C6； 2.首次手术治疗； 3.完整术前超声检查资料； 4.术后随访≥12个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical-Etiology-Anatomy-Pathophysiology (CEAP) classification C2-C6; 2. Initial surgical treatment; 3. Complete preoperative ultrasound report; 4. Postoperative follow-up >=12 months.

排除标准：

1.继发性静脉曲张； 2.合并急性深静脉血栓； 3.严重心、肺、肾功能不全； 4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5.临床资料缺失＞30%。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary varicose veins; 2. Combined with acute deep venous thrombosis; 3. Severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal insufficiency; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Missing clinical data>30%.
