研究目的：

癌性厌食限制了肿瘤患者的饮食摄入,影响其营养状况,降低免疫力,增加感染风险,严重影响肿瘤患者生活质量的。目前临床常用的孕激素类和糖皮质激素药物，效果不佳且副作用大。近年来微生态技术在肿瘤治疗中应用越来越多，安全便捷。我们前期研究发现：使用BF839可降低乳腺癌患者化疗相关的3-4级胃肠副作用50%的发生率。鉴于肿瘤食欲减退患者多伴有胃肠道症状，我们推测该BF839可能对肿瘤患者也有改善食欲的效果。硫磺菌是大型珍稀食药兼用真菌，许多研究发现磺菌具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、改善胃黏膜、增加体重的作用。因此，我们推测BF839联合硫磺菌可更好改善恶性肿瘤患者食欲及胃肠道功能。本实验拟选取恶性肿瘤患者60例，对比干预/无干预2组的食欲及胃肠道改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Cancer anorexia limits the dietary intake of cancer patients, affects their nutritional status, reduces immunity, increases the risk of infection, and seriously affects their quality of life. The commonly used progesterone and glucocorticoid drugs in clinical practice have poor efficacy and significant side effects. In recent years, microecological technology has been increasingly applied in tumor treatment, which is safe and convenient. Our previous study found that the use of BF839 can reduce the incidence of chemotherapy related grade 3-4 gastrointestinal side effects in breast cancer patients by 50%. Given that patients with decreased appetite in tumors often have gastrointestinal symptoms, we speculate that BF839 may also have an effect on improving appetite in tumor patients. Sulfur fungus is a large and rare edible and medicinal fungus. Many studies have found that sulfur fungus has anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, gastric mucosal improvement, and weight gain effects. Therefore, we speculate that the combination of BF839 and sulfur bacteria can better improve appetite and gastrointestinal function in patients with malignant tumors. This experiment aims to select 60 patients with malignant tumors and compare the appetite and gastrointestinal improvement effects between intervention and non intervention groups.

纳入标准：

1.诊断为恶性肿瘤； 2.参与前后1个月不改变治疗方案； 3.肿瘤患者食欲症状问卷评分（CASQ）：>15分，<30分；胃肠道症状评定量表（GSRS）评分≥4分； 4.预计生存期＞3个月； 5.无严重心、肝、肾、肺功能障碍；

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with malignant tumor; 2.The treatment plan remains unchanged for one month before and after participation; 3. Cancer Appetite Symptom Questionnaire (CASQ) score: >15 points, <30 points; Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) score >=4 points; 4. Expected survival duration > 3 months; 5. No severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, or lung;

排除标准：

1.正在使用甲地孕酮、激素者； 2.有明显的胃肠道功能障碍：消化道出血及梗阻性肠梗阻者； 3.正在使用抗生素者； 4.入组前一个月内，服用益生菌、接受粪菌移植者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently using megestrol acetate and hormones; 2.Patients with obvious gastrointestinal dysfunction, including gastrointestinal bleeding and obstructive intestinal obstruction; 3.Currently taking antibiotics; 4.Taking probiotics or undergoing fecal microbiota transplantation within one month before enrollment;
