研究目的：

本研究旨在探究妊娠期夜间低水平光暴露对子代神经发育的影响及影响机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the impacts of low-levels exposure to artificial light at night during pregnancy on offspring neurodevelopment, and the underlying mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 20岁及以上女性；2. 孕晚期于本院入院女性（孕晚期28-40w周）；3. 5年内不计划搬出本市者；4. 计划在本院建档并分娩者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged 20 and above; 2. Women admitted to our hospital in the third trimester of pregnancy (28-40 gestational weeks); 3. Pregnant women who do not plan to move out of Shanghai within five years; 4. Pregnant women who plan to establish a file and give birth in our hospital.

排除标准：

1. 孕妇智能低下；2. 孕妇高危妊娠（患有可能影响胎儿神经发育的疾病如妊娠期糖尿病、高血压、癫痫等）；3. 孕妇患器质性精神病或躯体疾病诱发的精神症状；4. 孕妇患肝肾疾病或有甲状腺代谢疾病；5. 孕妇及丈夫有特殊家族遗传病史；6. 新生儿有可能影响神经认知发育的状况，如Apgar评分<7分，出生体重<2500g；7. 双胎或多胎；8. 新生儿听力异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with intellectual disorders; 2. High-risk pregnancy (suffering from diseases that may affect the neurodevelopment of the fetus, such as gestational diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy, etc.); 3. Pregnant women with organic psychosis or mental symptoms induced by physical diseases; 4. Pregnant women with hepatic/renal diseases or thyroid metabolic disorders; 5. Pregnant women or their spouses with special family genetic disease history; 6. Neonates with conditions potentially affecting neurocognitive development, such as Apgar score <7 or birth weight <2500g; 7.Twin or multiple births; 8. Neonates with hearing abnormalities.
