研究目的：

通过筛查左室舒张功能障碍患者的睡眠呼吸障碍、危险因素、临床影像特征及生化指标，探索睡眠呼吸暂停与舒张性心力衰竭的关系以及合理干预对舒张性心力衰竭患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between sleep apnea and diastolic heart failure, as well as the impact of reasonable intervention on patients with diastolic heart failure, by screening for sleep-disordered breathing, risk factors, clinical imaging characteristics, and biochemical indicators in patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.签署知情同意书； 3.不合并射血分数减低心力衰竭、肺病、神经肌肉疾病、精神疾病等； 4.超声心动图除外肥厚性心肌病、心脏瓣膜病、先天性心脏病等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. No concurrent heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, lung disease, neuromuscular disease, mental illness, etc. 4. Echocardiography is used to rule out hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc.

排除标准：

1.射血分数减低心力衰竭、肺病、神经肌肉疾病、精神疾病等； 2.超声心动图示肥厚性心肌病、心脏瓣膜病、先天性心脏病等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Reduced ejection fraction, heart failure, lung disease, neuromuscular disease, mental illness, etc. 2. Echocardiography shows hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc
