研究目的：

第一部分 （1）基于总结出的最佳证据，构建青少年精神障碍住院患者自伤预防护理实践转化方案，为临床护士开展青少年精神障碍住院患者自伤预防工作提供指导和参考。 （2）从系统、护士、患者及家属4个层面评价变革效果，根据评价效果动态调整变革策略，持续提高护理质量。 第二部分 （1）探索青少年精神障碍住院患者父母负性情绪的觉察、调节现状和需求。 （2）构建青少年精神障碍住院患者父母负性情绪的调节方案，评价方案的效果与推广性。  

Objectives of Study：

Part One (1) Based on the summarized best evidence, construct a practice translation program for self-injury prevention nursing in adolescent inpatients with mental disorders, so as to provide guidance and reference for clinical nurses to carry out self-injury prevention work for this group. (2) Evaluate the effect of the reform from four dimensions: system, nurses, patients, and family members. Dynamically adjust the reform strategies according to the evaluation results to continuously improve the quality of nursing care. Part Two (1) Explore the current status of awareness, regulation, and needs regarding negative emotions among parents of adolescent inpatients with mental disorders. (2) Construct a negative emotion regulation program for parents of adolescent inpatients with mental disorders, and evaluate the effectiveness and promotability of the program.

纳入标准：

护士纳入标准：选取昆明医科大学第一附属医院精神科21名在岗护士。 患者纳入标准： 1.符合ICD-10精神障碍诊断标准；年龄10~19岁； 2.理解力正常，能正常沟通和充分表达自身感受； 3.自愿参与本研究； 4.目前正在接受精神科住院治疗的患者； 父母纳入标准： 1.在青少年精神障碍患者住院期间的照顾者； 2.能配合完成调查； 3.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria :in-service nurses were selected from the Psychiatry Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Inclusion Criteria for Patients 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders in ICD-10, aged 10–19 years; 2. Have normal comprehension ability, be able to communicate normally and fully express their own feelings; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study; 4. Be currently receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment. Inclusion Criteria for Parents: 1. Being the caregiver of the adolescent inpatient with mental disorders during their hospitalization period; 2. Being able to cooperate in completing the survey; 3. Volunteering to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.父母年龄＞60岁； 2.器质性精神障碍，器质性精神障碍；精神发育迟滞者； 3.严重躯体疾病、神经系统疾病者、脑外伤史者； 4.认知及学习障碍，无法进行沟通； 5.非中文使用者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parents aged over 60 years old; 2. Have organic mental disorders, intellectual developmental disorders,; 3. Severe physical diseases, neurological diseases, or a history of traumatic brain injury; 4. Individuals with cognitive or learning disorders who are unable to communicate; 5. Non-Chinese speakers.

由一名不知道研究假设的成员（非课题组成员）利用Excel的随机函数Rand生成随机分配序列，在Excel表格中第一列输入受试者编号1-102，第二列输入公式“=INT(RAND()*(B-A)+A)”，设置为在1-3中取整数，则能在第二列中得到随机生成的序号1或者2，把序号1对应的受试者编号判定为对照组，2对应的受试者编号判定为实验组。

A member does not know the research hypothesis who uses the random function Rand of Excel to generate a random allocation sequence. In the Excel table, enter the subject number from 1 to 102 in the first column, enter the formula "=INT(RAND()*(BA)+A)" in the second column, and set it to take an integer from 1 to 3, then you can randomly generated serial number 1 or 2 is obtained in the second column. The subject number corresponding to serial number 1 is determined as the control group, and the subject number corresponding to 2 is determined as the experimental group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.质性研究数据采集 （1）采用手机录音进行访谈音频资料收集 2.量性研究数据采集 （1）量表-病历记录表：①患者一般资料问卷(性别、年龄、民族、病程、诊断、是否是首次住院)、健康问卷抑郁量表、广泛性焦虑量表、亲子关系量表；②父母一般资料问卷（年龄、性别、民族、婚姻状况、 居住地、文化程度、工作状态、照顾时间、支付方式）、健康问卷抑郁量表、广泛性焦虑量表、亲子关系量表、情绪调节量表、循证实践准备度量表等 2.数据管理 （1）访谈音频资料：原始音频资料和转录后文本资料均由U盘备份，由Nvivo软件进行主题分析 （2）量表：纸质量表问卷由研究者本人保管，经双人核对录入Epidate后用SPSS软件进行统计学分析

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Qualitative research data collection (1) Use mobile phone recordings to collect interview audio data. 2. Quantitative research data collection (1) Scale-Medical Record Form: ①Patient general information questionnaire (gender, age, ethnicity, disease course, diagnosis , whether it is the first hospitalization), health questionnaire depression scale, generalized anxiety scale, parent-child relationship scale; ②Parents general information questionnaire (age, gender, ethnicity, marital status, place of residence, education level, working status, care time, payment method), Health Questionnaire Depression Scale, Generalized Anxiety Scale, Parent-Child Relationship Scale, Emotion Regulation Scale,Clinic Readiness to Evidence-based Nursing Assessment. 2. Data management (1) Interview audio Data: The original audio data and the transcribed text data were backed up by a U disk, and thematic analysis was performed by Nvivo software. (2) Scale: The paper scale questionnaire was kept by the researcher himself. After double checking, it was entered into Epidate and used for statistics analysis using SPSS software.
