研究目的：

研究瑞马唑仑对肝脏部分切除术患者术后肝功能的影响，为此类患者的麻醉药物选择及术后肝功能保护提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of remimazolam on postoperative liver function in patients undergoing partial hepatectomy, providing clinical evidence for the choice of anesthetic drugs and postoperative liver function protection in such patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在全身麻醉下接受择期肝部分切除术的肝占位性病变患者，性别不限； 2. 年龄>18岁； 3. BMI 18~28 kg/m^2； 4.美国麻醉师协会（ASA）分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 5.Child-Pugh分级为A； 6.自愿参加该研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with liver mass lesions undergoing elective partial liver resection under general anesthesia, regardless of gender; 2. Age > 18 years; 3. BMI 18 - 28 kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II - III; 5. Child-Pugh classification A; 6. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前患有严重心肺肾疾病、先天性肝脏疾病或自身免疫性肝脏疾病的患者； 2. 长时间应用镇静、镇痛药物者； 3.长期酗酒者或近期大量饮酒史； 4.对瑞马唑仑或丙泊酚过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, lung or kidney diseases, congenital liver diseases or autoimmune liver diseases before the operation; 2. Those who have been using sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time; 3. Long-term alcohol abusers or those with a recent history of heavy drinking; 4. Those who are allergic to remimazolam or propofol.
