研究目的：

本研究拟通过对正常健康人群拍摄端坐时不同体位状态下的大视野 CBCT(Conebeam CT)，应用三维影像测量软件，分别测量研究对象在不同颅颌姿势下双侧颞下颌关 节的关节前中后间隙。 通过前中后不同区域关节间隙大小的改变分析下颌骨髁突在关节窝中的位置改变，进而分析颅颌姿势改变对下颌骨位置，上下颌咬合位置及颞下颌关节的影响。颞下颌关节疾病为多学科，多方面因素影响的疾病，以期通过此实验探讨颞下颌关节紊乱病temporomandibular disorders, TMD）病因以及提供新的针对 TMD 的预防及治疗途径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to measure the anterior, middle, and posterior joint spaces of the bilateral temporomandibular joints of healthy individuals in different cranial and maxillofacial postures using three-dimensional imaging measurement software by taking large field CBCT (Cone beam CT) images of the subjects in different postures during upright sitting. By analyzing the changes in the size of joint gaps in different regions of the anterior, middle, and posterior regions, the position of the mandibular condyle in the joint socket is altered, and then the impact of changes in craniofacial posture on the position of the mandible, the bite position of the upper and lower jaws, and the temporomandibular joint is analyzed. Temporomandibular joint diseases are multidisciplinary and influenced by multiple factors. This experiment aims to explore the etiology of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and provide new prevention and treatment approaches for TMD.

自愿参加本研究的患者 问卷填写清楚的患者 年龄 18-40 岁

排除标准：

存在颞下颌关节病史 正畸或正颌史 头颈部创伤史 风湿免疫性疾病 TMD 治疗史 肌功能疾病 严重错牙合和颌面畸形
